We had our car towed there. They could have talked me into a $3000 job. Easily. They were honest and kind and even apologized for the news that my car's motor needed to be replaced. When I asked if it was worth it, the gentleman said "Honestly, no. You could buy a used one for about the same". I prefer integrity and highly recommend these folks to fix your car. It's hard to find a good & honest mechanic these days & luckily that's what I found in Sandefur's auto! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because their communication can use some work. For example if you have a full schedule for repairs & you are not able to get to my vehicle that day then a phone call to explain that is key!! Other than that I would recommend them to anyone!!

Wayne Sandefur is one of the best mechanics in 3 states!!! He and his team run a reputable repair shop, great work, fair prices and they stand behind their work! We have used this repair shop more than 10 years! We have 4 vehicles and I trust them from the oldest to the newest with this shop! Friendly people, glad to see you and they remember their customers!!

We were on vacation with a lake house on Norris Lake; 400 miles from home with our boat to tow back. The fuel filter on my '02 Avalanche developed a hairline crack and started leaking. I had limited tools with me and unfortunately couldn't get the fuel line fitting to spin free of the fuel line to swap out the filter. I've owned this truck 10 years and have never had a shop work on it. On the afternoon of 10/15/15, I called Sandefur's and they were able to get me in first thing the next day. I went in, spoke with Wayne and one of his techs and everyone was really friendly. They were able to get the fuel line free in under and hour and swapped in the filter I provided. The rate was FAR better than I would have imagined and I wish I would have just went to them to begin with. Truck made it all the way home with no issues and I ordered the full factory fuel line kit I will swap out this weekend, as both Sandefur's and I agreed they were shot and needed replacement ASAP. These guys far exceeded my expectations. Make sure not to stop at the other Sandefur's location that Google is listing (on N Broad) as they are no longer located there. Also make sure your GPS takes you to Duncan Rd (and NOT Duncan Trail). Waze refused to accept Duncan Rd and took me to Duncan Trail, which is a dirt road 15 minutes from where you want to me.
