I tried BCCD after moving from Houston, Texas to the Nolensville area, based on scores from my dental insurance provider and other online reviews. The new facility was built in 2020 and facilitates a range of routine and complex treatments, using the latest technologies. The staff are professional, friendly, and very capable. I truly felt like I was valued as a patient! I was quite apprehensive and nervous for my appointment but my hygienist, Paula, was very kind and sweet. From the beginning of the appointment she was an absolute dream. I was met outside with an umbrella and quickly attended inside. Paula noticed I was nervous and she went above and beyond to assure I felt comfortable! She took the time to explain what procedure was being done and what to expect. Dr. Eric was attentive and kind! I am now looking forward to my next appointment with them! I highly recommend this team!
