Excellent Service!!! From the moment you walk in the front door and stop at the Front Desk, you meet friendly, affable, professional persons who know their business, and guide you through the bureaucratic elements thoroughly and quickly. You are at rest, and serene IN A DENTIST'S OFFICE! This defies logic, of course, BUT it is nevertheless true! The culture of this Office appears to be one of low tension, high affability. I was never put off nor made to feel negligent for the state of my teeth and gums. I was provided a PLAN for correcting my issues that was made with MY input and explained thoroughly at the stages of plan - building. Many people, Alexandria, the X-Ray technician, the Denture Technician, Amanda, and esp. Dr Carlos appeared to have customer interaction DOWN... AND it came off as warm and genuine rather than contrived. I am supremely confident that I have found my dental expertise now after searching for a while.

I went in for some mouth pain and they located the problem and got me set up with a treatment plan. Now, 3/4 of the way through my treatment plan, I couldn’t be happier. They are a little pricey, but I think that’s just dental work in general. And they were more than happy to help me with a financing option for my extractions. I’ll be returning in December for the last part of the plan. To be clear, I did have four wisdom teeth removed together without being put to sleep, but Dr. Carlos was amazing at relieving any stress or worries, and it wasn’t as bad as it sounds. 💖💖

My first at Aspen Dental Millington was beyond great. Dana, Brianne, and Arkasia made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Everyone from them time I entered were very welcoming and made my visit smooth. I highly recommend this location.

Very upset. They called me 4 times in 7 days to confirm my insurance and that I was coming to my appointment. They collected my insurance 4 days before the appointment but here I am being told at time of appointment they don't take that insurance.. wasted time, money and had to miss work for this..

Dr Alexander is hands down THE BEST dentist I've ever seen. He made me feel so comfortable, not passing any judgement (my teeth are in pretty bad shape from not seeing a dentist in years and I'm a recovering drug addict) and was down to earth with an awesome bedside manner. I was also very impressed with the techs that did my x-rays. All of the insurance staff was so sweet as well and were helpful with helping me try to find financing for the work I needed done! Very impressed and definitely recommend

Arrived and was pulled in immediately and given x-rays. Then went to a room where I was told all this stuff that was wrong with my teeth all these procedures I needed. Then sent to a waiting room. Where I thought I was waiting for the procedures. No, I was about to be hit with the unGodly price for the procedures. Even after insurance. I immediately new this was not a regular dentist. It was a corporate chain dentist, just ready to drain you of all the money they could. Will not be returning.

I went in for a check up. This was my first visit and all I can say was I was instantly comfortable when I got called back. Everyone was super nice and they all assured me they would help me get my teeth in great health. I can’t wait to go back for my fillings!

The staff are fun and friendly. Super comforting! I just had my wisdom tooth pulled today by mr . Carlos and he did amazing I didn’t even feel it !!! Dr.Carlos has a great sense of humor and made me feel less stressed thank you ! The staff included is amazing thank you aspen dental !

I came in as a new customer and a walk-in hoping to get seen a day before my appointment. I needed immediate services my tooth was cracked and a huge abscess formed. My jaw was swollen and i was in pain. I really appreciate them fitting me in. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The process was simple and quick after you get you x-ray they go over the treatment plan for you and your payment options and the prices was reasonable. I decided to get two teeth pulled because i knew i would be back probably next week so i decided to just get it out the way and Mr Alexander made sure i wasn't in pain and extracted the cracked tooth so fast i didn't know it was out and drained my abscess and quickly took the other tooth out and i was good to go. They called my prescription in at the pharmacy i go to and when i got there it was ready. Overall great services and i would highly recommend and this is coming from a person that dont like the dentist and nevered found a dentist i like until now
