Quick, friendly service. They gave me a discount on an airfilter that I appreciated. A little pressure-y on the sales but that's expected pretty much anywhere. The techs were clean, friendly, and didn't act like I was annoying them by existing so those were things I appreciated.

Service has gone downhill. Waited over an hour for a simple oil change. Didn't even make it two minutes down the road before I heard a scraping and grinding sound. They didn't fasten my skid plate and I had to turn around for them to get me back in the bay to fix it Service: Oil change

The wait was pretty long, initially quoted for almost 2 hours, but took a little over an hour. They really busted their tails and worked hard to get the line down. They were quick, helpful, and courteous. Thank you!

They're always super nice at any location I've been to. Recently went to the State Road location... they asked me what I wanted a few times over, then only did an oil change instead of also rotating tires and changing windshield wipers. I only noticed when they gave me the receipt that the other things I wanted done weren't listed. Honestly, I wasn't going to complain cuz I'm too chill for that. They're always great and I ain't even mad at 'em. 😊

They forgot to replace my oil filter. I drove it out of oil. They admit fault but are giving me a hard time about replacing motor or purchasing the car at fair market value.do not go here. Yes they are going to have the car inspected. Im worried about future damage caused by driving without oil filter and oil. And they didn't offer a rental for me to use in the meantime. I would not get work done here for these reasons. The mistake your company made has caused a lot of stress on me and has created a lot of unwanted turmoil. I didn't ask for this to happen. Fix your mistake!

Awesome work, great staff. I knew my car's brakes needed to be worked on. The staff checked all four breaks and told me exactly what I needed and didn't try to sell me more than that. I've been driving on the new brakes for a couple months now with no issues. I'll be coming back at the one year mark to get the rear brakes done because I fully trust these guys and their work.

The guys always do a great job! They explain everything that is being done and any issues that I might need checked out. This visit they noticed a hairline fracture in my coolant reservoir and made me aware of the issues it can cause. The attention to detail is a A+ for me. Great crew over there.
