Big 7-Eleven, please help this store as its the only one close to my house and REALLY prefer the convenience. The problem is they let their coffee machine (which they've got me addicted to) run out, shut off, or generally stop to to maintenance requirements. Can they get some help?

The young lady at the counter noticed I was looking for something. Without asking, she was eager to help me look and even checked the back to see if they had what I was looking for. They didn’t and she was apologetic. Above and beyond service!

Okay I absolutely love this store !!! Always so helpful and go out of the way to please a customer! So my recent visit 10:04 pm on a Friday night I wanted a chicken taco and Braydon who was already off took the time to help me stood and warmed up tacos when he could of just turned me away being everything was put away and cleaned. This 7-11 rocks I will be calling the supervisor at this location to give Kudos to Braydon . Thank you for hiring some wonderful employees who actually like their job! Paula Hernandez

This place is absolutely disgusting. They don't keep anything clean. The taquitos were completely cold when they said they were done. The customer service was nonexistent! The woman (overweight, blonde) at the counter was so rude that I'm surprised she still has a job. I don't want to use nasty language, but she deserves it!

I have tonsillitis, so my doctor told me not to leave my house for a couple days. I asked the doctor to fax my paperwork to the store since I'm explicitly contagious. The manager at 711 said that in order for my absence to be excused, I'm required to submit my paperwork (in person) before my shift. This woman puts her profits before the health and safety of her employees. Very disappointed.

This woman is a hateful racist. I was standing in line behind an Asian gentleman who either had a speech impairment or could not speak English. Either way, he was having trouble communicating his needs to this cashier. She responded with a hateful and racist tirade towards him. Belittling and shaming him in front of a line of customers. She then said she will not serve him again if he cannot say what he needs. I then stepped in and told her how rude and unnecessary her behavior was. She then refused to serve me. Fine by me. Will be taking my business elsewhere and reporting her.

Most of the time staff is nice. I was having a conversation on my phone today and one of the older associates tried to kick me out because she was listening in on my conversation with my husband. I don't see how that is customer service at all. Very rude lady, shouldn't work in retail.

Completely rude! Everyday my son is a customer at this store! I pick him up after school and always buy something! Well no more! They are so worried about whether or not your lotering they actually chase you off the property! If you didn't want highschool students at your store you shouldn't have built it next to a high school!
