Tried to get some snacks and scratch tickets, was rudely told that they don't actually sell tickets despite the display in front of me proudly displaying them. Ok, I'll just get some snacks then. Just have to pay on their card reader. Had to go through three different questions on the card reader itself, including an intrusive attempt to sell me something, just to be able to find out that I can't sign for my purchase at all and I have to enter my pin in order to actually buy anything via more downright hostile comments from the cashier. Ended up leaving empty handed. I might have found this out a month earlier, but every single time I've been here before happens to be when they are closed. Yeah that open 24 hours is a lie, around midnight they close for an hour to "do paperwork." While I wouldn't mind a gas station being open for 23 hours a day, I would like to know that before I get there to see a piece of paper stuck to the door telling me otherwise. I don't care if they sell gas for 25 cents, I will never go back here again.

Every time i go to this gas station the woman that works in there with the black curly hair is always spaced out, doesn’t know what’s going on even though you tell her 4 times what you need and is very rude. And the woman who works at night is just as worse she argued with me because I put too much cream in my coffee, Not coming back I recommend going up the street to another station

I went here last Saturday at 10:15 p.m. after a long, stressful day and simply made a mistake entering my PIN number, which cancelled the transaction. She got very irritated (I'd even say angry) just because she had to set up the transaction again (which looked like it involved pressing one button, from what I saw). And then she started complaining to me about why can't I remember my PIN and I need to be able to remember it but thankfully let it drop when I told her it was a brand new card that still had the default PIN. I just regret not going to a vending machine instead to buy my drinks.

The WORST the guy is very racist, came out and threatened me and my dog for putting air in my tire. I asked him for change, he refused so had to go into king soopers. I had a flat tire so couldn't go anywhere else. Got change and came back. My dog was barking as he came to my car and started threatening me and my dog because I guess I am white and telling me he didn't like my attitude and to watch it and to shut my dog up.

Noticed they had propane for exchange outside. Went in and noone was there. The lady came out from the back, and I asked to exchange and she literally said "You can't tell it's empty?" I said, "How would I be able to tell?" And she said "Well we don't have any right now". At least post a sign on the cage if you're out. Rude as hell to me, what kind of customer service is this? I guess I'll get an apology below this, and nothing else. I'll go somewhere else.

My tire was flat, I went in to ask if their air machine worked. Cashier said she didn't know. I asked for change to try it, she said no. So I'm waiting for a tow truck. Happy new year from shell

The overnight lady is RUDE And definitely shouldnt be working with people, guy infront of me was told he cant buy lotto tickets just because she was in a bad mood and couldnt properly get the tickets, once i was up she had HORRIBLE customer service and on top of that she said she didnt have my change after i told her to keep it (imagine if i wanted my change). Ive been calling the nunber on the side of the store on 104th and washington and it literally will ring for as long as i am on the phone attempting(last attempt @11:57pm 8/6). Get this resolved (either train her again or have her actually enforce her job duties) i will go out of my way to put matters in my own hands if not resloved in a timely manner. Thank you.

One star for the bad experience, two stars because Shell Corporate assisted me and is attempting to make things right. Rating and review will be updated as soon as the issue has been resolve with the owner of this store. My review: I always go here for my car wash since it is conveniently located. I have the Top Dog Car Club annual pass and use it as much as I can (only allows one wash a day). Today around 10:06am-10:15am I purchased a wash using my pass. A car was already in the wash getting soap sprayed on it. As I waited for the wash to end and the car to leave, the woman driving the vehicle abruptly stopped her vehicle. This caused the car wash to mis-detect that a new vehicle had entered, and washed the woman’s car a SECOND TIME. Irritated, I called the attendant via phone from inside my vehicle to request assistance. She was nice, and came out to assist me. Although her response was sympathetic, she did nothing to remedy the situation, leaving me with one less car wash (my one car wash stolen by the customer ahead of me) and a dirty car. I did call Shell Corporate and they are now going to investigate the situation. Sheryl, my customer rep, provided excellent customer service and sent me a rewards code to at least make my experience a little better.
