Every single time I need to get a refill of my monthly recurring prescription, they never receive it from my doctor and it has to be submitted 3-4 times every time. When I call to talk to the Pharmacy to get help there is never less than a 30 min hold time.

This Pharmacy staff are all nice except the one girl at the drive thru who hates the world. We are so nice to her and she’s just mean. Get over yourself or get another job

So I'm rating this pharmacy on dependability. I needed a medicine on a holiday. I CALLED PHARMACY to make sure got order and could get before they closed at 5pm. Technician told me they were open til 6pm, even after I questioned it because of holiday and come at 5:20pm. GUESS WHAT? THEY CLOSED AT 5pm!!

I used the Walgreens scheduler last night and it said 12 covid 19 boosters were available, plus I added on 2 other vaccines for both of us. Our first appointment was 1145 and the next was 12. We get there and rude tech says we don't have any covid shots left. So I get upset because I did Not receive a cancellation notice. And the rude tech was like you should've got an email. Ok so I ask for our second vaccines he says "well I have to get them ready". We had to refill out paperwork with the same info I answered online. We did not receive our shots until 12:20. They are slow, rude and unprofessional at this pharmacy! Totally disappointed and upset

Walgreens pharmacies and alliance Walgreens prime has been worse to deal with than my health condition. I get a Rx once a month and there is a new issue in Walgreens side of it every single time. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication is ridiculous. I never know that there is an issue until my Rx is late and I miss a dose. When I call they give me more numbers to call that just lead me back to the original call. I think they are either playing tricks on their customers or they are truely incompetent. I would appreciate it if someone could call me and atleast tell me when or if I’ll ever get my rx this time. It’s more than a week late and I’ll miss another dose in three days.

I made a purchase online and their system went down. They still charged me for the item and said they couldn’t give me the product because the system didn’t really process it. Two weeks later they still hadn’t refunded me and the managers were so inept to know what to do.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to make sure I had a prescription that my doctor has given me several hours before I called. When I was "helped" the girl said there was no prescription and that she could see all of the Walgreens. I called a different Walgreens instantly after, they answered and said yes, I had a prescription sent in an hour ago and that they can transfer it so that I could pick it up. Absolutely terrible service especially for someone who needs their medicine and can not play games with it. She was short and careless with an additude about my two questions.

The slowest pharmacy staff I have ever witnessed, and they randomly close for hours and days. They never give warning when they will be closed. They are affecting people by not being able to provide people's medications on a Tuesday at 3 in the afternoon. That is a risk to people's health and well being.

The absolute worst walgreens pharmacy! If you need medication filled, this pharmacy will never get it to you on time or the correct amount needed. I waited in the pharmacy waiting area for 3 hours for a medication they have had on file for weeks to fill on that day. My husband called the morning of to make sure it would be ready for pick up that afternoon. He was informed it would be done in a hour. I arrive 2 hours after the time it should have been ready and still was told it wasnt ready yet and it might be done by 6pm. If they were really that behind on medication the RIGHT thing to do would be HONEST and tell me so i can take the prescription back and go to another pharmacy instead of being led on that i would get it. After 3 hours of waiting and still not getting the Medication my husband needed. It was too late to go to another pharmacy and unfortunately my husband had to go through the horrible experience of medication withdrawal. Its it know the following morning. I called to make sure the prescription i was supposed to pick up the night before would be ready ASAP as my husband is know sick and needs it and of course they said it would be a hour before i was ready. Waited a hour and a half and the status on the website/app was still in the "in progress" state and when calling them AGAIN after it was supposed to be finished was informed that they were SHORT AGAIN after months of this same medication being sent through there system and will only get a partial prescription. IF YOU NEED MEDICATION, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT use this pharmacy. I was NOT the only one that waited HOURS for a prescription that could have went to another pharmacy to have it filled. THE STAFF HERE IS COMPLETELY HEARTLESS and WORTHLESS.
