If it were an option, I’d give this place zero stars. We had always enjoyed eating there, until our last visit. Joanna is beyond rude! We had an issue with an item on our ticket, that we shouldn’t have been charged for. She handled it very unprofessionally. My daughter, after being treated so rudely, told Joanna that she could see why they are closed the majority of the time, if this is the way she treats customers. Joanna’s reply was “what’s your f’ing problem?” Yes, she actually said it. Professional, right? She then opened the register, pulled cash out to refund the item we should not have been charged for, and threw it across the counter at my daughter. My daughter told her to keep it because obviously they needed it more than she did. She then suggested Joanna give it to our waiter because he was actually pleasant. Instead, she put it back in the register. Our waiter was American and my daughter told her it was nice to see they hire Americans now, as she had gone there to apply for a job in high school, and was told “we don’t hire Americans”. Joanna then pointed her finger in my daughter’s face and yelled “shut up!” Maybe she didn’t want the only other two people in there eating, to hear that. As my daughter headed to the door, Joanna went on to tell me that my daughter needed to be careful how she talked to people. She could take her own advice, and maybe they’d be able to open the doors more often. If she treats her employees the way she treats customers, then it’s no surprise they’re always hiring.

I chose 1 star because it wouldn’t let me write a review without one. This location has been closed multiple times during normal working hours on a Friday night. The service at this establishment is absolutely embarrassing to experience. We have never seen the dining room full and that might be because they never have it open completely. Tonight. My wife, two girls, in-laws, and myself (6) were not allowed to sit at the same table. Four adults and two children. Would not be allowed to sit together. With tables that seat 6 in the back half of the dining room, we were not going to sit at separate tables. I would add there were only 4 people in the dining room at 6:30pm. So any crews that plan to attend this business, be forewarned, you might have to split up and look at tables that could fit your family at once.

We ate here as a family, my wife and I, my son and his wife, three grandchildren, and the boyfriend of my eldest granddaughter. The boyfriend is a vegetarian and there were several vegetarian options on the menu. My youngest granddaughter is only a little more than a year old. She has a prodigious appetite and is far from a neat eater, to say the least. The staff accommodated this motley crew, altering certain menu items to suit individual tastes and by rearranging the tables to seat all eight of us together. It's a favorite of our family and we have been there often. Vegetarian options: See my main comment, above. Kid-friendliness: As I said above about my youngest granddaughter and her eating practices, this place is very kind friendly. Even if it takes them 20 minutes to clean up after we leave. See the photo above and you may notice the little treasure's face is slathered with refried beans! She's a little delight. Parking: The restaurant is in a mixed use commercial/residential part of town known as The Village. Parking is ample and with luck you can find a spot less than ten feet from the door to the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: The Village began construction in 2005 and, after a lengthy pause caused by the financial crisis of 2008-2009, construction there is absolutely booming again. For Father’s Day we decided to order the To-Go party platers with tacos and supreme nachos! It definitely did not disappoint!! For 130.00 we have enough for our family and 7 for a few days! Hubby was very excited and the food was all fresh and tasted amazing!! Highly suggest the platers for any family event or holiday!

i ordered chicken cheese and rice and they gave me chicken and rice but no cheese and when I asked for some cheese to put on it she said it would have to order a large cheese dip they said they were going to charge me extra. oh then while I was eating she managed to approach me and tell me to check myself because I left a bad review she is very rude!!!! honestly this is probably the worst restaurant in Pleasant view mainly because the staff is so rude.

The food was absolutely delicious! 10/10 fresh and made correctly. The service was a little slow even though the restaurant wasn't super busy. We had to ask the hostess a few times to get us something. I would definitely visit again for the yummy cheese dip and taco salad!

Nice, clean restaurant with friendly staff and a great cook!! Stopped here on our way through and was not disappointed. With four of us we got a variety of food and it was all so tasty. I had the Poll con Arroz which is simply fajita chicken with Mexican rice and cheese sauce over top. Their rice is so good and well cooked. We also had a Taco salad, the special nachos with chicken beef beans lettuce tomato cheese sauce and shredded cheese then a chimichanga. Everyone agrees the food was fantastic. The prices are reasonable and the portions were perfect.
