Scammer. Took a 30% deposit, did a half day's work, and then never showed up again. Always check references before hiring someone to do work for you. These guys ripped me off to the tune of $1300 and have spent two weeks telling me every day that they can't work because it is drizzling. Apparently they think I don't realize that drywall is an indoor activity. Or that you can have materials delivered. Or that you can cover them with a tarp. Or that you can just use any of the good weather we have had if you're so scared of rain. ~JT

We are very happy we choose Guthrie Flooring when we found we had a water leak. They tore all of the old flooring out and removed the cabinets so everything could dry out appropriately. The turn around time was very quick. About 2 weeks once we picked out our flooring. They had a great flooring selection with lots of options. Their pricing was very competitive with the other options out there. We will be considering them for future projects. ~nicole

Horrible. Utterly horrible. I was a member for 3 years because this gym was the only one in town. However, the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. No one answers the phone (because there isn’t one) nor do they answer emails. I did get a hold of them once and they told me they work 2 days a week…..yet they own a gym that is open 7 days a week. Anyways, we moved in May and cancelled. Not only did they ignore all 3 emails to cancel, they charged us again a month later. The gym itself is fine and convenient but it’s not worth the hassle with the lack of customer service. ~Melissa

Parents used them to remodel two bathrooms. Blamed covid for poor craftsmanship. Failed to guarantee or correct work after completion. Shirked responsibility. Beware. Edit (to Owner's reply): Oh. That's hilarious. Not only do they shirk responsibility, they like to lie as well. They contacted this company and was instructed them to contact the subcontractor. When they did, subcontractor told them he moved to California. Bold claim to say that you have "industry leading warranty" in a big industry such as this one. So that's another lie. You and your company is good at that, lying. Again, beware of this company. ~Howard

Went in today to make a deposit for my daughter. Walked right up to an employee I knew to say hi. He was talking to the current branch manager (BM). The BM gave me a long look, said nothing and walked off. As I was leaving he came back out, looked at me, and then ignored me again. Seems like an unfriendly guy to be running North Cheatham county for US Bank. The 2 stars are for the nice ladies that have to work for him. ~Pv
