Horrible. Utterly horrible. I was a member for 3 years because this gym was the only one in town. However, the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. No one answers the phone (because there isn’t one) nor do they answer emails. I did get a hold of them once and they told me they work 2 days a week…..yet they own a gym that is open 7 days a week. Anyways, we moved in May and cancelled. Not only did they ignore all 3 emails to cancel, they charged us again a month later. The gym itself is fine and convenient but it’s not worth the hassle with the lack of customer service. ~Melissa
