Most recently purchased a car from Doug's car drove fine in the test drive, but all the cars we test drove where almost completely out of gas. Making hard to test the car because you don't want to run out of gas. The car we chose ran find during test drive. The salesman claimed he and his tech had driven the car and it ran very well. Which seemed to be the case on the short test drive we where able to preform. Now here we sit needing a new transmission one month later. My mechanic said they had to know there was a problem if they check out the car at all before putting g it up for sale.

Worst place to get a car!!! Do not come here. Those are horrible cars. They will ignore you and make excuses on why they can’t fix your car. My car lasted five months. They will still make you pay even when motor is out and won’t offer to fix the repairs. They are hell!

I was recently interested in a vehicle they had for sale, so I called them and verified that it was available. I left work early and drove 50 mins only to discover when I arrived that it was in the shop and not available for a test drive. The salesman explained that it needed a repair and should be available by tomorrow. I called the following day and was told that it was not complete. Then called 4 days later and told the same. I left my number with the salesman who said he would call me when it was complete. No call and after checking the vehicle has been sold. I understand things happen, but this was pretty poor service and lack of respect. Unfortunately I’ll be buying a vehicle elsewhere!!

3 code faults the 2nd day and oil pump bad 2nd week, Doug's refused to help with any repairs, ended up replacing motor. 0 stars.

Doug's Auto Sales has sold me a $10k lemon and the "warranty" refuses to cover the 2k repairs after only having the car one week. Doug himself said he would wake care of it, and then went on vacation the next day without approving any repairs. This place is the reason used car dealerships have a bad reputation.

Please do yourself a favor and don’t go here. They’re rude as heck. And they like to erase check engine codes so when you try to scan it nothing pops up, you’re buying a lemon that seems like a decent vehicle.

Don’t go there! Would give 0 stars if I could. I was hit by a drunk driver and needed a car. They knew that. The car I purchased in cash had no engine lights on and no issues. Drive it home and 2 lights come on and it starts smoking. Being responsible humans we attempt to get it fixed several time knowing there’s no warranty. Put $2500k additional into it. 2 months after purchase attempt to discuss with the owner in a calm respectful way only to be told “get the F out of the building.” No offer to even look at it or make it right. Very sad to treat hard working families with little money so horribly. Also know the owner was not cursed or talked to harshly to in anyway by us. He said he didn’t owe anyone anything and continued to talk awful while exiting the building and all the way to our vehicle in the parking lot. Very threatening and intimidating tactics.

Me and my husband bought OUR first vehicle there last November, granted bc it was our first one we didn't know what to look for when buying!! A month later we noticed a weird smell when driving it, the oil was leaking so bad there was no oil in his truck, the rear main, when we went to get it fixed at a local shop, they called us back to come look at it! They had it up on the lift showing us that the place we bought it from spray painted over the rust. It was so bad that they didn't even feel comfortable enough to have it up on the lift. I will never buy a car here again. They are sketchy

The guys there are Awesome! They are very helpful and caring. They got my son approved for a first time buyer and treated him as if he was their family. I feel very good about the whole transaction and would definitely go back there for more cars!

Found a truck online at Doug's for a very reasonable price. Not being familiar with them I was a little hesitant to visit but I couldn't have been happier with my first impressions, my interactions with the staff, the property and facilities, and the final outcome. Jim and the staff were great. They had just gotten the truck in (with several other vehicles) when we saw it and noticed a small issue they were not aware of yet. They quickly took care of the issue and kept me in the loop on the progress. When it was ready to be seen we came out to take a second look and was very impressed. We purchased the truck and so far everything has been great! As we were wrapping the deal up, we got a chance to meet Doug. Seems like a great guy with bigger than life personality. From our perception, this is a great team. I would happily do business with them again and recommend anyone to consider them for their next used car purchase.
