Horrible. Utterly horrible. I was a member for 3 years because this gym was the only one in town. However, the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. No one answers the phone (because there isn’t one) nor do they answer emails. I did get a hold of them once and they told me they work 2 days a week…..yet they own a gym that is open 7 days a week. Anyways, we moved in May and cancelled. Not only did they ignore all 3 emails to cancel, they charged us again a month later. The gym itself is fine and convenient but it’s not worth the hassle with the lack of customer service.

Tried for months to be a member of this gym. From February to now June. The gym has no employees. No phone number you can contact and are email only. When I was able to finally reach them i was provided 3 times with an excuse that they are out of key cards like it is the customers problem. Was able to communicate with someone on fb messenger finally and they just simply dont care. Responded with not their problem something they cant control. You own the business do you not? You cant control how and when you order keycards? Tried to visit the place a few days ago door locked of course no staff. 3 cars in the parking lot??? How are you out of key cards. Looked inside and it was a dump. Paper signs all over the door that says email us again no contact info. Dark inside un maintained hole. Why would anyone give you guys any form of payment information whatsoever??? What a joke

Plenty of treadmills and cable machines. Could definitely use another free-weight bench. Slow in communication and the atmosphere inside is awfully stiff—no music and there are signs everywhere about fines and petty rules. Not a great experience. Try Prime Fitness in Joelton.

It's not expensive, and doesn't have typical fitness center amenities, but if you just need basic cardio and strength training, you'll get what you need. Very surprised there's no lockers, and not really a good place to change either, so I just tote my gym bag around with me

Nice gym. Open 24/7. Price is very affordable. The new owners are very professional and dedicated to the Pleasant View area. Support local.

I requested a partial refund recently due to continuing to be charged $39 per month when the monthly fee actually dropped to $25 per month in October 2020. I did not realize until scrolling through their Facebook page that they had dropped the price. They refused to give me a partial refund and said the $25 is only for new members and not for old members. I told them that this was not posted anywhere that I could find on their Facebook. They said they had actually taken that post down because they had changed their business hours. I’m not sure how they expect customers to be well informed when they take down posts for important information and do not re-post it & continue to post that the membership fee is only $25. They told me I was confused. I can’t believe I actually continued to pay a monthly fee even though I was not going to the gym. I purposely did that because I thought I would be helping them out during coronavirus. That decision is my fault . However, treating paying customers poorly is no way to run a business. I do not recommend them and I have canceled my membership. They quickly banned me from their Facebook page so that I could not leave a review there.

It was ok, haven't been in several months because of Covid-19 but they still bill me the same. Went up there to talk to them but no one is there and they don't answer the phone. Very disappointed because you can't talk to them!!!.

I go here for the massage services on Tammy Walker!! She is one of the best I've ever been to... and I've been to a lot!! Strong, precise, keeps current with continued education. Very personable and respectful!! Highly recommend her!!

Atmosphere is nice but they are wayyyyyyy overpriced. I literally drive 7 miles further and pay half the price. They penalize you $10 a month if you don't let them auto debit your bank account. Total crock. Yeah, no thanks.
