Went in today to make a deposit for my daughter. Walked right up to an employee I knew to say hi. He was talking to the current branch manager (BM). The BM gave me a long look, said nothing and walked off. As I was leaving he came back out, looked at me, and then ignored me again. Seems like an unfriendly guy to be running North Cheatham county for US Bank. The 2 stars are for the nice ladies that have to work for him.

Very upset with the bank flying a flag that is torn and shredded. Stopped by yesterday to let them know it’s disrespectful. Was told we have another one on order. Was told to contact the branch manager. Didn’t have a chance to yesterday. But as a retired military personnel I’m not happy with them and I’m sure there’s more of us out there
