Best bank in Pleasant View, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Went in today to make a deposit for my daughter. Walked right up to an employee I knew to say hi. He was talking to the current branch manager (BM). The BM gave me a long look, said nothing and walked off. As I was leaving he came back out, looked at me, and then ignored me again. Seems like an unfriendly guy to be running North Cheatham county for US Bank. The 2 stars are for the nice ladies that have to work for him. ~Pv

I have banked at this location for over 20 yrs, when it was a different name. They have always been wonderful to work with, Lorraine Ridgely ,Taite,Lisa and the others are awesome. They truly appreciate your business and go above and beyond every time to help you. I love them all, and wouldn't bank anywhere else. If you are looking for a good bank with great people this is it, hometown feel, and always greet you like a friend. More than just a bank.more places should try to be like them. ~Diane
