They will NEVER answer the phone. I stood at the counter for 35 minutes while they helped everyone else and wouldn't even speak to me. I try to ask for service several times very politely. When they finally got around to helping me they were curt, rude, and condescending.

Bought our new set of 4 tires here recently, they went above and beyond with customer service, communication and more. We got excellent tires for a great price, comparable to discount tires and other chain stores. Today I went in just minutes before closing time with a flat after running over some 2×4s on the roadway- they stayed late and fixed me up in minutes. You can't go wrong taking your business here!

Terry and the crew are great. We only buy out tires here for our 4 vehicles. Always professional, helpful and fixes our flats for free. Great place with competitive prices!

The absolute best place to get tires or get work done on your vehicle that I have ever dealt with. Fair prices on tires. He kept in touch with me while trying to diagnose my truck and stayed late so I could pick it up. All while saying it was " no problem". I won't go anywhere else for tires moving forward.

On our road trip across the US, needed our tires rotated. Hot Springs Tire scheduled us in and took great care of us. Good store, great service and Terry is a top notch wonderful person to work with. I highly recommend this store!

I had a flat tire while driving into Hot Springs. I had the car towed to this shop and really didn't know if I needed new tires or if the tire could be repaired. The shop could have taken advantage of the situation and sold me some tires but they were honest about it. I live out of state and so I regret that I can't offer up much more than this review as a thank you. However, I hope that this review will at least allow the public to see that this place has good honest people.

From Ohio and are staying in Hot springs for a few days. Got a flat tire on my Jeep liberty took it here. These fine folks got to it immediately and fixed it. Also I had a break pad getting really hot. Again these fine folks got to it immediately and saw where my break line was kinked. They fixed it immediately. These guys are so honest they treated me so good I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOT SPRINGS TIRE AND AUTO. Thank you Terry and the rest of your great staff.
