Literilly the worst place Ive ever steeped foot in!. UNBELIEVABLY horrible workers swiped my debit card told me it declined....I left with nothing got home and what do i find... My acct with a charge for the amount they told me did not go through. So I went back in there...they told me there was nothing they could do!!! Basically they STOLE $15 FROM ME AND TOLD ME TO GO SCREW.... I GET MAD.. THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL THE POLICE! WHO SHOULD BE CALLING THE POLICE! I BELIEVE THAT SHOULD HAD BEEN ME MAKING THAT CALL! I have never in my 41 year on earth been so mad . NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! They are THE WORST!

I went in to pay for fuel and I was the 6th person in line. I waited 10 minutes. Ridiculous. There was only one clerk. So much for the "convenience" store concept.

There signs on the stuff says one thing and they charge something else. Bad customer service on the phone and in store. Dont go to this gas station. They won't fix there price on there shelfs showing how much things are. They hope people dont notice

Attempted to purchase gas here. I put in my debit card and had no issues until I couldn't select the grade of gas I wanted. I got my child out of my vehicle and went inside where I was told you have to press the button in, pull it out then press it back in. I've never been to a gas station where that was a thing. Walk back to my vehicle and select my grade of gas and then the screen says "One moment please..." I waited several minutes before giving up. I went inside again and told the cashier to cancel the transaction. Ridiculous and a big hassle! Went down the road to Weigel's and had zero issues! I make weekly trips to Oak Ridge and this was my first time stopping here and it will be my last. If the pumps operate in a non typical fashion a sign posting correct usage instructions would be nice.

Multiple times. Multiple times of the day. When paying by credit card at the pump, there is NEVER any paper, and I have to go inside through the gaggle of smoking employees standing in the middle of the only door to get inside . Once had to do this in a torrential downpour . I wasn't really wet pumping gas but was by the time I got my receipt. Your employees at night are rude and offensive and looks like lazy because they cannot be bothered to put paper in the pump!

As far as the store itself goes, it's a large gas station with two aisles of gas pumps so there is always pumps available and the convenient store part of it is large with a wide variety of convenient store items at the convenient store prices of course. They have a large selection of scratch off lottery tickets too and have a cooler that has premade products that include bakery style individual cupcakes that are delicious. The employees are typically by themselves and it's sometimes slow to checkout. Also plenty of times I've been in there later at night and they will have friends hanging out talking to them and they basically ignore you while ringing up your items. Also they have a radio behind the register that apparently they can listen to anything and I hate going in there hearing explicit rap music blaring very loud, though it doesn't offend me I do find it inappropriate for a business. I find if you go during the day you get quick friendly service but the later you go the longer it takes to check out and typically the customer service gets worse. But as it's the closest gas station to me that's open 24 hrs, I find myself dealing with it for the convenience.

Convenient location right in the middle of oak ridge. Decently priced godfather's pizza readily available for a quick lunch. And they offer a no-touch carwash.
