Used to be able to find decent deals at decent prices, Knoxville corporate came in and had them raise prices through the roof, guess they have to pay for the new registers! (That go down all the time) Oneida is not Knoxville, people are poor here!! Awful high and mighty for items you get donated. Becoming a RIP off Guess I'll go to Walmart, buy it new and cheaper!!! Give it a rest already. Items marked for more than the original store tags!

I like the concept of goodwill but unfortunately they aren't to keen on helping out others even though everything they sale is donated. Ive seen this first hand

I stop at this location every now and again. I never really find anything that I want to buy but they're is always a few good things here. This location offers a lot of clothing options. It seems like this location is always fairly busy with people shopping and dropping off. I have donated numerous bags of items here. Overall it's a good stop to donate or to shop. It really just depends on what you are in the market for.

Recently visited the store and I wanted to give a quick review. The store looks amazing. I was able to quickly find the sizes I needed without having to search through tons of clothing. The cashier was helpful and sweet. They had a nice selection of just about everything! I also noticed that the color sale was back and I love that!!!!!!

Service was great she was friendly and informative too. environment was pretty clean and most items was easy to find prices wasn't really cheap but they aren't nonrealistic either.

Rube employees & even more rude manager. Debbie was the worst. Need new staff also need new building they have buckets everywhere from how bad the roof is leaking in over 10 spots.

Very nice associate, Debbie. Friendly, down to earth, yet, professional. Wide selection, except for kitchen and furniture. I found several items, as well as my daughter and sister.
