Thank you so much for the well training given to the employees. All at the Paris, TN location are great. Levi ok care of all my problems in getting my phone started. I spent 3 days with customer service trying to activate my phone for m a new customer. Travel 1 hour to the Paris, TN location and Levi got me going in 15 minutes. Happy for the Paris location. Customer SB 8/29/22 I forgot to include the manager of the Paris, TN store. I see why the employees are fantastic for the manager’s personality is wonderful and it reflects on the group in the store. We were at our wit's end until Kassidy at this Verizon came to our rescue. My elderly bro was having huge problems with his phone. The worst was he couldn't answer it when a call came in. Kassidy had to delete some weird app and reprogram home page. All done in 5 min! Love this girl! She deserves a raise!

Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. Took all the time needed for phone set up/transfer, explanations, questions, concerns, and that everything needed/wanted was as it should be. Had a bit of a wait, yet no customer was left unacknowledged and all were helped with same friendly helpful attitude. Love how they all work together as a team helping each other and the customers.
