I don't know who you are hiring at your gas station now but they need to not try to tell there consumers what to do with there bank cards. He started telling me I should have my card so I could just hit the machine. Don't know what that is don't want it. It's my card not his he needs to keep his opinion to himself. I have always had problems with this gas station.

Does not honor my fuel rewards even though it read my alt id and said I have 5c off. Update: Turned out that the rewarded price was displayed directly, not like other Shell gas station. Changing stars.

If employees aren't clocked in why are they at registers with no signage stating that their closed, then wanna catch attitude when somebody approaches the desk for assistants?!?! Youre in customer service due better and have a better attitude! #regularcustomer

Nothing like being treated rudely and getting laughed at by the three employees running a single register. If your pumps arent working, help the customer, don't snicker and laugh at them.

Horrible customer service. The cashier was Very Rude to me as i was paying for my stuff. She needs to learn" If you dont have anything nice to say dont say anything at all." I will not be going back to this store, her rudeness has lost my bussiness. This woman dosnt need to be dealing with customers if she is going to be so rude for no reason and keep her mean opinions to herself.

This Shell gas station on Veterans Blvd. in Pigeon Forge has had problems with giving you the gas points at the pump or even inside. I am thinking management may not know how to correct the pumps from inside or out. I have now lost points on my Kroger Card and also on the Shell Card. I am not going back to this location to spend my money.....Very aggravated....🤣

Normal quick stop spot with crazy inflated prices. Other than gasoline I would recommend shopping elsewhere. It'll do in a pinch but just be prepared to pay almost double what you'd pay at a grocery market or chain department store.

Amanda was one of the best workers we've seen anywhere in awhile! She was amazing and even fixed the claw machine for us! Five stars!

Great variety, great location! Located directly across from Dolly Parton' s Dream More resort! Subway and Delucas Pizza is connected to this building also! Grab lunch and gas all in one stop!
