We was going over at this shell but one of the female employees told the gm that my boyfriend said something very rude And she bared us and some of the employees are very nice or was See the other gm cross the street is the rudist and she dismanates against the HOMELESS and really all the other gm's doesn't like June So stay away from the two stores go to the one on Veterans

Hours on door says 6am to 1am. I ran out of gas at their parking lot , it's 6:40 am and it's still not open. This is not the first morning they haven't been open by 7am, but this time it was an emergency. I had no option but to sit and wait for them to open. I've watched over 12 cars stop by too only to leave when they see it's closed. This store is Missing out of early morning revenue. If I were late like this at my job I'd be fired. Apparently the manager isn't doing their part either. The pumps are on but I can use them due to the authorization amount it takes which I don't have on the card. This is not how you run a business.

So I'm a local and I go to this store all the time, spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars in here, but...... The way I was treated tonight by I'm not sure of her name, the short, grouchy, hair in a bun, in need of a makeover woman..? Angela's husband was there, & is a manager I believe, embarrassed me over 15¢. 15¢.. it's not like I skipped out on gas or stole a bunch of stuff from you... 15¢ NOT 50¢ as she said I skipped out on.. even if I did, 50¢??? I get it.. I do. I got 1 Bahama mama drink in a can, I owed her 15, NOT 50¢ and I'm in there every freaking day... & She sees me.. & call me out in front of everyone like I'm a criminal!! How dare you!!

Not sure if this was the location, but this was in their men's restroom on the TP dispenser. I emailed corporate and decided to give them a heads up, but their email sends back the email because it has pictures. Like I said, this may not be the location, but it was either Sevierville or Pigeon Forge. The staff had to be aware of it. When I walked in, they were talking about someone stealing a Bic lighter and talking about how they were a dirtbag for stealing, while using profanity. The female working the counter was going on about white trash after talking about "Jose out there doesn't know how to use the pump.". I hope that a person of color sees that and raises some serious sand with them.

Going to bbb. Already talked to the district manager about this fraudulent signage and that It’s not deceiving it is against the law for 100% non-Ethanol they are supposed to have a blue handle to purpose that is 100% ethanol not read on top of that it is supposed to read 100 on the actual nozzle not 87 100% non-ethanol does not have any ethanol in it also on top of that there’s screen is messed up to where you can’t see how much the gas actually is

Stop at this gas station and ended up at a diesel pump that also had regular gas so we thought. After we filled up we realized we just paid $2.99 a gallon vice $2.36 for regular. When we inquired we were told it was not the 87 grade that was marked on the gas tab but 100% gas. And there was 100% sign about the pump itself. Very deceiving and we took the managers number and called her in the morning about it. She had a very condescending tone and when I told her Im sure more ppl have done this but never noticed she again was condescending in her tone and proceeded to tell me I should have payed attention. I am not a gas guru and even the other people with me also assumed it was 87. Please beware if you stop at this gas station. I will be filing a complaint.

Refused to accept ID interim document. In the state of Ohio when you renew your license they send out your ID in the mail and give you an interim documentation for the meantime. Then some uppity attendant decided what they can accept and not accept.
