Kathy was amazing! She made me feel right at home. She even worked around my schedule to get my hair done. My hair turned out amazing. She did everything my hair needed from a protein treatment to making sure dead ends were trimmed off. She was very open and upfront with me about everything. Including the pricing before we ever even got started on my hair. She made sure I knew the do’s and don’t’s with the color I had my hair. She did my hair exactly how I wanted it. I got a haircut. I did not get a shampoo. When I sat down, the woman told me I had the right length, just needed to get rid of some of the weight (my hair is short). She wet my hair with a spray bottle. She also informed me she just took over management. When I went to check out, she charged me $28.00. when I questioned her, she told me my hair was shoulder length. My hair came no where near my shoulders & I did not receive a shampoo, conditioner or scalp message. The hair cut is ok but she over charged me. I will not go back. Service: Haircut
