Our stylist was D’Jon. I took my 5 year old here, and we had never gotten him a haircut at an adult place before, but it ended up being the best haircut he’s ever had! D’Jon was awesome and worked so well with us. It’s not always easy cutting a little kid’s hair, so we will definitely be back! Thanks D’Jon!

Benbrook Supercuts. I won't come here again. Walked in at 5:30 on Saturday, June 4th, 2022. They closed at 6:00. Wanted cuts for both my daughter & myself. The two people working there insisted they needed cash to do a cut because they were having computer issues. The bells didn't go off that they just wanted us to go or maybe looking to pocket the money until I offered to run to the ATM if they would start my daughter's service & they back-pedaled asking me to return the following day because they said it would take at least a half an hour to cut her hair WITHOUT SEEING THE PHOTO OF THE CUT SHE WANTED. Her hair was already short. After listening to them hem & haw, we left. Went to Supercuts on Bryant Irvin where we walked in at 5:59 & the stylists took our business without a hint of objection, making us both gorgeous in about 20 minutes.

I walked in to get a hair cut. There were two employees working. I want for over 5 minutes for someone to greet me and offer to help. No one greeted me. I was totally ignored. I walked out. I will not ever try them again . Unprofessional.

I got a haircut from Morgan and she did not do my haircut correctly. Ironically, she talked about how other places incorrectly cut hair while she was cutting my hair incorrectly. I regret giving her a tip. I would like to speak to the owner.

Horrible experience, made appointments online and they refused to honor them, said we would have wait until all walk-ins were seen first, REPLY to owner, we would not have minded waiting 30 minutes and certainly did not expect the stylists to stop cutting hair for us. We clearly understood the policy. The blondish lady working told us that we would have to wait until ALL the Walkins we're served because they were there first. So the online check-in served zero purpose if we were to be served LAST.

Ok I was a little worried having to find a new stylist but I took a big chance and called Supercuts to ask who was the senior stylist and found Sonny . Y’all he bumps hair so good . I showed him a picture and he copied it to the T.. I will be following him around like a lost puppy now . I wish I could give more then 5 stars bc he is Amazingly talented.he needs a million stars .. go see him soon you won’t regret it.. Thanks so much Sonny I am thrilled to have a new stylist with my hair ..

Morgan is the best!!!!! If I’m not mistaken, I lost the card she gave me to leave the five star review but she is an absolute legend. Very personable, polite and gave me the haircut that got me the job as I had an interview that same day! Thank you all, seriously, but specifically Morgan.

Sonny gave me a good shampoo and haircut. The entire staff and I just had a fun time. Yes I got a good haircut I like, but equally important and noteworthy is the fact that we all laughed, chatted, and told jokes. Great location, top, right off I-20 and near my favorite Waffle House. Lol Overall, great deal on services because I got a haircut last year and paid double what Supercuts charges and the haircut was on par with that fancy salon. When you want simplicity, just a great, fast haircut, go here. I did and will return one day. The only bummer was that the leave-in curl product he used on me, was out of stock. All good though, bc i can order it anywhere.

Took my teen here for a “trim.” I asked for 3-4 inches to be taken off and we walked out with 8 inches off. I can’t believe how horrible and uneven her hair was cut. The ladies were nice but should not be allowed to cut hair. First and last visit to this place. Before and after pics attached! Service: Haircut
