Not only did the service center at Lipscomb Chevrolet take care of regular maintenance for us, but also a needed repair that popped up last minute. Time was of the essence as my family is moving out of the area and we badly needed the car working and road worthy. They got our vehicle in and taken care of quickly for a fair price, and Keri even stayed after hours to make sure I had time to come get the car knowing how badly we needed it. Not only does this show an outstanding effort to get the work done in a timely manner in order to help a customer in need, but exceptional customer service. Definitely above and beyond. I left the service center ecstatic that the work was done and I was back on track with my schedule, but saddened by the thought that I would soon be leaving such a phenomenal service center behind. I strongly recommend that if anyone needs work done to pay these guys a visit, and speak with Keri. She will absolutely make sure you're taken care of.
