I've used H&R Block online for many years doing my own taxes. It relieved me when I could get an appointment to go in-office for help as my computer had crashed two times while doing 2020 tax preparations. I may return next year for another in-office preparation as it was so easy and quick. It sure beats the hassle and aggravation of messing with taxes myself. The staff member who helped us was extremely nice and helpful! Although the service was amazing, I do believe it was still way too expensive to get our taxes done. I would definitely reccomend H&R Block as far as quality of service goes but it was definitely too expensive!

The system was having trouble but Patrick and Carmen were wonderful with their help and patience. They were very informative and made the process painless. I will definitely be using H&R Block from now on every year.
