The team here is so dedicated to customer satisfaction, they are persistent on getting feedback on what improvements can be made, the team is so friendly I can't say enough good things about Paulett and Jackie. Excalibur Storage in Burnet is very clean and well designed. The staff (Jackie and Paulette) were quite professional and capable; they were very helpful in responding to all my questions. Jackie set up my account and showed me several units; she was very patient and understanding of my situation. I would not rent a unit in the Burnet area from anyone else!
