We are a uniquely Texas craft distillery using prickly pear cactus pads or jalapeno peppers to create most of our alcohol. No corn or grain are used in our regular products so it is naturally gluten free. We have 15 different products, provide tastings and tours, and have an extensive cocktail list. You can enjoy our indoor seating in our tasting room which is an old home built in 1910 or our extensive outdoor seating in the "Comfort Backyard" which adjoins our neighbor Newsom Vineyards.

Fabulous place with great spirits and cocktails. A note about the “racist” accusations form three years ago: Eric Guerra, Roy Torres, and “Brie” (is she a cheese?!)—check out their stats; they’ve only given 1-star reviews to any place they’ve ever visited. And Torres is a “health dept mystery shopper”? LOL. I think the only racists on the property that day were Guerra, Torres, and their cheese girl.

Love this place! Great food (barbecue truck), great variety of alcoholic beverages and the staff are friendly. Not really staff, they feel more like lifelong friends or distant family. You can't go wrong here. If you're looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the place to go!

Great ambiance, live music a plus, five dollar moonshine tasting was worth the drive from san antonio. Took my grandparents for a day trip away from the city and they loved it! Service was friendly, welcoming, and informative.

Unique spirits distilled on site from locally sourced prickly pear cactus. A special flavor you can’t get anywhere else. The crew there is super friendly and the place has a comfy vibe that makes you want to just settle in and visit for a spell. This is a worthy stop on any Hill Country tour. Great place for an evening nightcap, a lunchtime pick-me-up, or a 'I just feel like it' time! Made-to-order drinks that you won't find anywhere else. Try the level 6 Bloody Mary or the the signature mule!

Great place to stop in for some drinks. We did the free tasting at first of different types of liquor before grabbing a couple of drinks at the bar. They make their drinks with the liquor they distill on site. The bartenders were very friendly. Very cool place to hang out.
