would rather drive to kerrville. unprofessional, frequently miscounts pills, expects customer to absorb cost when prescription is wrong. takes them too long to contact dr. for refills. not a friendly environment. these people should not be allowed to work with the public. miss the previous owner.

Well Nichelle. It appears your dissatisfaction fell on deaf ears... There's no such thing as an "I'm sorry.... But...". You're either sorry or your not . Dont blame a situation or others for your behavior ... That's what 5yr olds do . I now know business here is selective and I shall drive the extra 30 min and go to Walmart pharmacy where they ARE actually nice no matter how busy they are. Eeesh. Good luck in your dwindling business.

First time there. Zero issues with insurance. Zero issues with staff. Zero issues with price of prescription. Good pharmacy and obviously more convenient than going into Walmart or Costco.
