Usually I just pick up medication by drive through & always get great customer service. On Friday , August 5, 2022 around 5:15pm , I went into the store to pick up a few things & medication. After gathering my items I proceeded to pharmacy counter the young man with an accent got my medication when he was finish I asked him to do a price check for an item I had, even though he was at the register he told me to go up front to have that item check (REALLY). I asked so y'all can''t check price back here anymore? Than he reach for the item I told him nevermind and I kindly put the items back on the shelf and left. Don't know his name but he definitely need more training in customer service. Going forward I will go to another CVS /anywhere else.

If I could rate lower. I would. The employee said he was the manager.. he threw a ups shipment back at me because I wanted a receipt. As rude as on could be. I will go out of my way to insure cvs is rewarded for hiring such people. He said he had worked there for 12 years and could not give me a receipt. Follow up.. management response was as bad as the behavior. You can understand why the employees behave as they do

The pharmacist, Deana, has always been very helpful and knows what she is talking about when I have any questions. I have, however, had some of the other employees that were very rude. Most of them are kind and helpful but a few need to learn what customer service means.

I have never really "needed" a pharmacy until today. Some medication was phoned in for me, and it was for an emergency situation. I've always come here for convenience, but that will now come to an end. There is a young woman pharmacist here who either can't handle the stress of her job well or is just unapologetically rude. Either way, my emergency meant nothing to her. While I asked for my prescription calmly like a normal person, she responded with attitude and disregard.

Had to use restroom while shopping, reported they would not allow to use restroom. Left all my stuff and went to IGA down the road. Poor customer service. Lost my business forever!!!

For 3 days (several times a day), I called the Santee CVS pharmacy to have prescriptions filled. I am handicapped and have been quarantined here away from family with Covid. I was on hold for 20-30 minutes each time and they never answered - ever! I also opted to contact the front of the store to see if they would give my name and number to the pharmacy to call me when they could. That employee said she would give it to them if she had time. I finally gave up. I called the CVS in Manning - they immediately answered. They told me that I would need to call the CVS in my hometown and have them release the hold they had on the prescriptions. I called them and they did it. Called Manning store back and they are filling them within the hour. This conversation and transaction between two stores took less than 15 minutes! We are constantly in the Santee area. From now on I will drive to the CVS in Manning - they deserve the business. The Santee store is no more than a convenience store on a corner.

This pharmacy needs some serious customer service training! Training in everything actually. There is no customer service here or pretty much anywhere anymore. People’s hearts have waxed cold. Santee seriously needs another pharmacy but getting people to work is the issue around here.

This place has a rude young pharmacist that plays games, makes my mother drive two trips for our 87 year old cancer serviver grandmother... We are moving to a different pharmacy the only reason my family used this one was because it was the only one in town.

Rude Pharmacy Tech. I understand that you are short handed and we were patiently waiting. You didn't need to be rude to my mother who had an appointment to get her COVID shot.
