Arranged to take my truck in for non working air conditioner. He had it fixed in 24 hours and price was spot on his estimate, within $20 . Give him a little understanding. He is swamped, a local shortage of auto mechanic shops in Crockett can be problematic. Service: Air conditioning

I took my car up here because it was overheating for what to me was an unknown reason. They determined it was the water pump and fixed it, now it's perfect. They also got my hood to close just out of courtesy. I'll definitely go here for any troubles I have in the future. Super nice guys. Service: General repairs & maintenance

My computer in my truck went out, I called around to see who would be able to do the work besides just a dealership. Out of all the shops in Crockett and Lufkin they were the only ones that had the equipment to do the work and less than the dealer charges. So I would say they are the Best automotive shop in Crockett and surrounding areas with fast friendly service. Will take all my future auto repairs here to Lowery's Automotive.

The prices are fair and they have always given me straight answers to my questions. Even if I'm not going to like what is said. Good, honest, hardworking people.

I had a brake failure on my way to Davey Crockett National Forest for a two week camp. Thankfully I had cell service at my bare bones campsite, Google helped me find the good people at Lowreys so I was able to call and make an appt just about the time my ice was due to melt. I was greeted by the owner (sorry, terrible with names, I'll remember tomorrow), who also did the repair, before I reached the door. He advised me it was already a busy morning but would work to get me on the road around lunch time. I drove safely to resupply and continue my communion with nature shortly after 1pm. He wanted to make sure that I drove enough to test for additional adjustments before leaving the area for my next adventure. To be sure to return with any issues with his service or my next issue with my late model construct! Beyond an initial odor and a couple of squeaks all is well with front my brakes on my vanhome. I recommend Lowrey's without reservations.

We dropped a Chevy welding truck off with this mechanic and was told it would be simple and quick. 8 months later (the truck had sit in the same spot for so long the battery was dead and the tire was flat) after numerous phone calls and drop in visits where the mechanic would have verbally violent outburst and talk to us like dogs they would tell us just two more weeks and it’ll be finished, we finally got tired of it just sitting in the same spot we went after the truck and The man was very rude and yelling and cussing us the entire time. And when it all came down to it he told is that the truck just wasn’t worth his time, it wasn’t one of his priorities and that it just wasn’t a big enough paying job. Very rude and unprofessional, the main mechanic seems a little off due to him screaming at us, cussing us and belittling us one second to acting completely normal the next. I do not recommend. As a solo female traveler, my vehicle breaking down in a new place was always a worry. When it finally happened in Crockett, it couldn’t have been a better experience. Steve and Miguel and the rest of the crew at Lowery’s are the most friendly, honest and hospitable people I could have met in my situation. Despite being so busy, they fit me in immediately, assessed the problem and got on with ordering the parts needed. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable when I had to stay days longer to wait for a part, which was out of their control. Despite my problem being very unique, when they finally got to work on my bus they were very quick and the job was done with no need for correcting anything from the test drive and my vehicle is riding better than ever before. I was very confident in their assessment, work, and advice. And their prices are so much better than fair. I can’t express how much they helped me. I hope to end up having to pass through Crockett again some day even if my bus is fine just to say hi to the guys at Lowery’s!

Stephen is super friendly, and super knowledgeable. He is honest too. They don't really advertise themselves, and he has a line of cars to work on, because he is good and honest mechanic. I trust Stephen to do it right. Pricing is pretty fair. I felt like it was cheaper than expected. So if you are worried about price, don't be. Great pricing for great service.
