Cashier were friendly! Food was the reason for poor score! Fries was not fresh and was double dip in fryer. Light brown and hard!

Luckily, I always check my food before leaving any Drive thru. I ordered a kids meal on 09/28 for my child and asked for double fries. When I received the box with the food I checked and there was a cheese burger with (1 single fry) and a toy. This could have been a big inconvenience if I had made it home and had to drive back. I really felt as if this was done on purpose. Whoever would do that to a child may God bless you. I will not return to this specific location if that's how they treat there customer. One of the workers was nice enough to bring some fries out for me.

Great service, I recommend using the self ordering to select your own food at the front beyond counter check out. Service is faster and food is brought to you.

They stopped the drive thru line for 5 minutes or more. When we got to the window the ice tea machine wasn't working and had to wait for coffee. What should have been a quick drive thru was over 20 minutes

Manager at 3pm was quite nice with greeting and smile. Newer updates and kiddie playground. Enjoyed my late breakfast.

Very new concept. The manager was most pleasant and went to every table asking how the customer was doing and if there was anything they needed. Great customer service from her

A little below average food for McDonalds. Not sure why, could have been a bad day for their cook. Most times you can count on pretty good food and coffee from a McDonald's.

I'll never understand why the have two drive thru lanes, but refuse to service them AT THE SAME time. They won't take your order until the previous car has paid and left with their food. Making the drive thru line longer than it should be.

Horribad. Waited in drive thru line ordered our food got up to the first window the lady ignored my driver so we assumed that people were paying at the second window. When we finally got to the second window they had told us our order was deleted. Then told us to just drive around again. Ridiculous so our lunch was wasted and then sold us sodas just to tell us they don't know why they sold us sodas because they have no soda available... Offered us shakes, but "the shakes are coming out thin." No thank you. All in all the only thing I can say is (cue circus music).

Drive thru moves pretty quickly, however condiments didn't make it into the bag after two separate requests. Otherwise, good service.
