This location is well stocked. Every time we have needed an item whether it be lumber, pvc fittings, or tools we have found it here. The store is clean, bright, and well organized. The staff have all been very knowledgable about the products they carry and where they are located in the store and have all been helpful, pleasant and courteous each time we were there.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by two staff members and asked if I needed help finding anything. Of course I did! I needed wire that is the same thickness and bending capability of a wire hanger. I use it to hang things from the higher branches in my trees, such as wind chimes, yard decor and twinkle lights. After asking a few questions and leading me around to look at a few things, I found exactly what I was looking for.

They gave great customer service. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Today I had a problem with the riding mower we bought for the church back in May. Stopped running and had no power. The manager Tony came out found the problem and fixed it for us. He went above and beyond to help me. So Tony thank you again . Pastor Robby Neyland First Baptist Church Ranger

The professionalism, courtesy and sincerity that I witness and personally experience, EVERY SINGLE TIME that I enter this site's doors is incredible! Tony (GM) has PATIENTLY helped me with countless efforts to assist in every way that is possible (i.e. offering a litany of options on not just products but more importantly, in my estimation, -options on ways to accomplish the goal of my projects). YOU CAN BET that; Big or small, this Higginbotham's in Eastland will assist in every way they can; THE WHOLE TEAM!!! I am the worlds worst about getting to the store 10 minutes before they close and needing things. No matter if it is a trailer load of lumber, 3 PVC fittings or glass cut to size, they have never complained or acted the least bit rude or "ready to go home" when I needed them. From Cheyenne, Robin, Sandy, Jodi, Chris, Robbie, Tony... THE ENTIRE STAFF, they are top notch people and are there when you need them!!!
