All my stars are for David!! He’s a 5 star guy! Today was one of those “run to every home improvement store” kind of days. Nothing was going right, pricing was different at each store for the same product, folks weren’t answering phones or even capable of helping if they did. BUT DAVID!!! He saw the box of our large shower surround literally crumbling in the wind in the parking lot and quickly came out with tape to box it back up and help load. Hero in an orange apron. 🧡

Thanks to Ariana it was a great visit to HomeDepot. Thank You for your help. Not in her department yet helped me find a tool in 3 minutes that I couldnt find. I do marble and granite repairs and maintenance and Ariana made my day. Thank You.

I went in store to purchase a Ryobi tool. I showed the Home Depot webpage to 4 different employees showing they had an offer where you received a battery with purchase and asked how to receive this offer. Not a single employee was able to help, even going as far to tell me they don't price match (I didn't ask about pricematching) and that I could just order it online and have it delivered to my home. If I show you the website for your own company, I take the time to come into a physical store, and there is NO indication on the site about "online only deal", then I expect a LOT better. Moreover, why did every employee feel it necessary to tell me they don't price match? I'm showing you the website for your own company, it's not a question of price matching.

Cashiers have always been nice, but it’s near impossible to get anyone to help you on the floor and when they do, they seem irritated. An aisle in the garden center was blocked off and 2 employees were just standing there talking and on their phones. I asked if they could get me the item I wanted and they said to just come back and get it so I had to move the gate myself and squeeze through. Then I had to keep calling them over 3 different times for help because each time they couldn’t get away fast enough to each other to finish telling stories about a party and scrolling through their phones. I was struggling to get a large grass seed bag off the shelf and neither helped me even though they were 5 ft away. I’ve had several other experiences like this so if you’re looking for help with your project, look elsewhere.

Tried to find a String Trimmer and it was almost impossible unless Vijay and Josh came along. Vijay was able to locate the inventory on the top most shelf while Josh went out of his way to grab a Electric Ladder and moved stuff that was blocking access to it. They both went above and beyond to help us, Lucky Home Depot has employees like these.

I just walked out of this location due to an employee named Krystal telling me to "get out of the aisle" from behind, not even actually addressing me. I turned around & asked, "excuse me?" And she scoffs saying "to get out of the aisle because they have a pallet coming in" - as a customer, I am completely taken back by the way this was approached - and also when I responded, saying that's not the way to go about asking a customer to please leave the aisle, she continued to argue her point and literally said I could stay but would probably get hit by the pallet... I asked her if she knew when the aisle would be reopened because my entire point of making this trip was to get something from this aisle only, she responded with "I don't know. Up to them" ... I had a few things in my cart but I left it and walked out. Not before catching her name, though, because if anyone in management reads this, she needs to be written up or let go because the way she approached me was on every level NOT for someone in customer service. I am beyond angry over this.

The products are fine, the warehouse is nice, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. Went through the checkout, paid cash, to pay my kids an allowance, then I was told, after purchasing, that they "do not make change." Excuse me? I just bought a lot of stuff, can you please give me 2 $5 bills instead of a $10. The situation was silly and the attitude was "how dare you ask!" They were just not nice about a simple courtesy. Good thing Lowe's is right across the street. I returned what I bought them went to Lowe's! Good luck with the attitudes Home Depot Employees

Always a great experience shopping at Home Depot. They allow dogs so it's a great place to bring my little dogs when I shop the garden section with my wife. This last visit I was looking for a smart thermostat and had a much better experience than that other site with the blue logo. Was able to pick up the exact model my client was looking for.
