My iPhone 13 decided the SIM card was going to stop working. They patiently worked the the problem trying to get me set up with an Electronic SIM card and when it failed they still worked to get me back up and running. Great people.

I was greeted right away by Alex and he immediately helped solve a problem with my husband's phone not charging. After further questions I learned that since my phone had died a couple of times I would be much better off getting a phone now than waiting until my current phone was inoperable. I was so glad he talked to me about this because the last thing I need right now is not having a phone! He was so helpful in explaining my options and gave me some great service and advice and I'm really pleased with the whole experience. He also had someone helping him Alicia who knew about the great discounts and that made the visit even more special. Thank you so much.

My phone stopped working...samsung....came in to get a new sim...still didn't find the service....Alysa...went out of her way to go to another store and get me a 256gb iPhone 14pro....everything took less then 1 hour. Don't go anywhere else...this is the place to get stuff take care off.

This is a horrible location to do business at. The service representative, male with glasses, was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional to deal with. This is a third-party location and Verizon should eliminate their association with this outlet. Alex needs to retrain his staff.

Alysa was so amazing!!! This young lady showed professionalism with a friendly demeanor and was able to work magic in retrieving photos I struggled to find. She explained every step of the way what was happening as she set up my new phone and explained my billing. I highly recommend seeing Alysa for getting a new phone and for any struggles you have with your phone.

two words.....ALYSA ROCKS! Not only did she help us upgrade our 2- iphone 11s to 13s...she helped us get 2 new ipads and even helped us get cash back for an old tablet we have been using on our plan.... All of our million questions were patiently answered with a smile. The whole process was quick, complete and very painless. She transfered our data from old phone to new and even put on the screen protectors... Alysa was super friendly, patient, has a great personality, very knowledgeable and is an immense pleasure to do business with!
