I was greeted right away by Alex and he immediately helped solve a problem with my husband's phone not charging. After further questions I learned that since my phone had died a couple of times I would be much better off getting a phone now than waiting until my current phone was inoperable. I was so glad he talked to me about this because the last thing I need right now is not having a phone! He was so helpful in explaining my options and gave me some great service and advice and I'm really pleased with the whole experience.
