I took my neighbor there to get her sister a 90th birthday t-shirt made. The two ladies that worked there were very patient, friendly and helpful. The t-shirt was a great success. Parking is a little cramped, but overall, I definitely recommend for any screen printing.

I have used GTX Awards for several years, both with the previous owner and the current owners. I have always been 100% satisfied. From hundreds of embroidered hats, to custom jerseys for a team of 10, they always come in on time and on budget. And they make helpful suggestions that can make the order look nicer, or save money, or save time, etc. I recommend GTX Awards and look forward to using them again and again. In fact, I am placing my next order tomorrow!

GTX Awards exceeded my expectations and I had to just stop and write this review for them. Tuesday I called to inquire if they would have the ability to make 2 baseball style t-shirts for me with my logo on the top center across the chest part of the shirt, then to screen print one of many goofy one liners I always say and the other shirt the same but the 2nd shirt would have a silly quote rather than a one liner on back- again me being the "author." Laurie or that they would be able to do that. Now, I forgot to mention I'm gonna need these by Sunday and also I have no idea how big I want the letter I don't have a clue I just know that I wanted to look good and I could only tell her what I had in my brain as the visual. I want to head and emailed her my logo. I did tell her if the colors of the leaves I desired or wished to have for the baseball style t-shirt . But as actual specific measurements I had none. No worries Laurie was the one who answered the phone and boy did she pull through for me! It was almost like I had a personal assistant handling the whole thing and she created this shirt almost in Zach Lee the way I wanted it in my brain! The only thing she wasn't able to do was get magenta pink, turquoise or lime green sleeves because let's face it- not common or popular color - I am from because of the type of printing that was being put on the shirt it had to be a 50-50 blend at least 50% polyester and I had no time to go anywhere Shop to look for one had a pretty big collection for vendors as well so it's just not something and if that was my only problem big deal so I ended up having a black three-quarter arm on a white body shirt. I was fine with that I wanted the "body,"of the shirt white anyways, so whatever. Black sleeves was going to be great. She really listened to me. I gave her my thoughts and what I was trying to do with the statement on the back of my shirt. What was important about this shirt. Then, she brought it to life! Laurie did exactly what GTX has in writing under "more info." They state that they will bring my creative thoughts into reality ..... go figure, their feet matched their mouth.whoa!! I think I am going to fall over. I know as a business owner myself that I always have to honor the client, (and myself for that matter by having integrity and do what I say or promise!) it is the right thing and SO MANY of this world- businesses, and the people who represent these businesses DO NOT. Thank you for not lying to me and making empty promises or claiming to be able to produce something that they could not follow through with. Everything they said -they did .Everything they said they could do - they did. The product that I ordered was correct and was ready at the time they stated. It's actually turned out better than my vision in my head. Customer service is such a fine lost art for 90% of businesses. THIS business Is in the top 10. So, if you have something that you need printed whether it be a T-shirt, a trophy or a poster - confidently know exactly where to go - GTX Awards of course. I know they will get ALL of my future business and I will have many more amazing t shirts that will grab the public's eye Whether I am wearing it on one of my videos that I post on social media, YouTube or my website or simply walking down the isle of my local grocery store- THESE T SHIRTS ARE TURNING HEADS then their dollar bills into my pockets!

GTX Awards is the best place to go for Awards, Engravings, and apparel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Lauryn and Lori always do such an amazing job. They are definitely my go to for anything I need!!

Didnt have the chance to get a embroidery done, i called and was told for letters would be 6 dollars a polo shirt and for a logo would be 10 plus the set up if they didn't have the logo. Drove out here to finally get this done and was told that i was givin the wrong price and its 10 for all letters including embroidery which didn't make since because im getting just letters. So half of the work . Wouldnt recommend this place at all... sorry to the owner for the review but as i do in my business when i give a price i have to honor that price. You could have retained my business for life buy honoring your first price, which was 40 percent less for 50 percent less work and explained that your employee quoted me wrong and from now on it will be 10 .... would be willing to change the review as well if you stuck with your first price and attempted to retain my business back.

I initially went to get ideas before ordering. The lady gave me a thick catalog, and I had to stand at the counter. There was so much to look at and choose from, so I took pictures of a few choices and left. I came back a second time, and a very helpful young woman helped me, even making suggestions and showing me a piece from the cabinet. She went above and beyond. I left with the photo to show my group before ordering. When I went back to the shop to order, the original woman waited on me. I selected the print style, and she said they would fit the appropriate letter size to the piece (an acrylic star). I tried to show her the photo I took and explained that the other young lady had shown me one from the cabinet. This woman told me she knew what I wanted. I placed my order. When I was sent the proof by e mail, the lettering was too large for the star. I asked that it be downsized a bit. I was sent a second proof, and now it was not centered. I asked to please have it centered, now that the writing was smaller. I was sent another proof, and it appeared correct. I later noticed that they had placed the wrong date, so I e mailed to let them know about the error. They sent me the final proof, which I OK'd. The next week, I went to pick up and pay for my order. It was placed in a velvet pouch and then in a bag. I did not open it until I got to my car, where I noticed the lettering was not centered. I returned to the shop and showed it to the young lady, who noticed it also. She went to the other lady and came back to tell me that it would be redone. At this point, I was told that they were out of stars and had to order and would contact me when it was ready. The following week, I was called to pick up the order again. I opened the bag and looked at it, noticing once again that the lettering was larger and not centered. I said nothing and left. I was going to leave it at that, but then I also realized that, although the charge was $0.20 cents per letter, that I had been charged more than the calculation indicated. I have never given a negative review for a service; however, this was ridiculous. It was a simple order, and I have copies of each e mail correspondence and attachments of the proofs showing the images of each. For the day of initial selection, the day of pick up, and the day of return, I drove a total of 45 miles round trip. Although the one young woman was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous, the lady who seemed to be in charge was not. Adding the discrepancies in what I ordered and received, I would never return to this local business and would not recommend it. This is only my personal experience, but the worst part is that I was not even spending my own funds on this, and I felt badly that what I had ordered and shown to our group was not what I received. Had I been rude and demanding or unclear about my choices, it might be a different matter, but I was not. The 2 stars are to recognize the courtesy of the young lady who waited on me as well as for the sending of proofs before the final purchase. That was convenient, although not followed in my case.

Very helpful staff. Did an outstanding job embroidering some work shirts for me. Went over and above by calling to be sure if exactly where I wanted the embroidery on pocketed vs unpocketed shirts. A+

Wonderful team to work with - these ladies are creative and responsive! They have designed everything from name tags to awards to specialty plaques for The Williamson Museum, and we could not ask for a better quality. Great customer service here as well.
