I cannot even get them on the phone. I've called atleast 4 different times. The first time It made me listen to the directory before it hung up on me, now it won't even take me to the directory. It just immediately hangs up on my calls. Calling from my husband's phone number is no different.

We ordered a supreme pizza with no onions and to add Italian sausage this past Saturday. They gave us a pizza with onions and hamburger on it. Extremely disappointed. Plus, the staff was rude.

Ordered pasta to a hotel room they did not send any plastic ware which I checked for while the driver was still there she apologized and said she'd run to the store and bring some back it's now been 12 hours since I ordered my food and I'm still not gotten any plastic where I had to throw my pasta away and when I tried to call the store they hung up on me numerous times when I called the call center they stated well there's nothing we can do because you ordered online I will absolutely never eat Pizza Hut again nor do I recommend anyone to ever eat Pizza Hut again absolutely horrible customer service and they basically stole My money.

Ordered 2 Cobb salads was told at the window that they didn't have enough cucumbers and tomatoes to make two salads would it be ok to have one with out said yes to keep from holding up the drive thru was not offered a discount this why I don't like fast food restaurants they short you and charge you full price

The pizza was the Tastemaker deal and it was exactly as I ordered it. The $10 deal made it so much better. It was ready in the time stated.

My breadsticks were burnt. My pasta was very pretty and cheesy, but it tasted like water. I ENJOYED the pizzas very much. I even tried a new pizza, the bbq beef brisket and it was good.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 cinnamon rolls, 16 Buffalo wings, 16 paremsean wings. Driver showed up with pizzas only no wings, said he'll be back with my wings. 30 minutes later he's back with my wings, well a partial wing order. I was shorted an order of paremsean wings. So after 2 attempts to get my completed order I just gave up. Reading an order and verification of that order shouldn't be that difficult. Keep my money and don't offer to make it right because dominoes will be now be getting all my business. Hope yall don't go out of business soon!

Terrible experience. The manager is extremely rude. She blamed me for her driver's inability to find the correct house. She offered no apologies and seem to not care about offending or losing a customer. I will not be back as long as she is manager.

Placed an order on line, then called to see if there was a delivery hold up. Was told that it was delivered around 4pm but nobody came to the door. That was un true because there was never a knock on my door, if there had been then my did would have barked. It wasn't my first bad experience with this store.

Was very disappointed with Pizza Hut with their housekeeping. Silverware and trash all over the floor. I've been going there for many years and I have never seen it like that. Most people don't want to eat in a place that has trash all over the floor. Makes you wonder, do they keep their own homes this way!
