Wow, I was just checking out the prices are they are ridiculous!!! They are charging 5x as much for nearly everything!!!! Unacceptable!!

I ordered a bed set and they forgot the headboard and nightstand. It took them a few weeks and multiple phone calls to get them delivered. Come to find out they added a separate bill for the headboard and nightstand, 32 a month, when I am already paying 130 a month for the set. I am being ripped off and when I pointed it out to the manager he said that 32 is for the extra headboard and nightstand. I said I only received one of each and he hungup. They also just leaned my headboard against the wall and the bed because they didn't have time to locate the screws to do it correctly in their truck. To this day I'm forced to pay the extra 32$ a month because the manager refuses to fix the issue and he's the only one who can according to the employees.

Absolutely rude and unhelpful staff. Called about their delivery drivers stuffing old furniture in our NON-public dumpster, again, and rudely got brushed off by the manager left in charge.

I’m buying a bed from the store in Ripley, TN and they have been supposed to have come out to fix the frame for the past 4 days now and they still haven’t. I was told that they would be here between 3 and 7 Thursday and they never showed. They showed up at least an hour late on Friday and brought the wrong piece despite me telling them what piece they needed AND showing them pictures. They told me that they had to go get the correct piece from dyersburg, but I would be first on the list Saturday and they would be here between 9 and 11 but they never showed. I am VERY unsatisfied with my service from there.

Will never do business with the store In Ripley Tn. Customer service rather give the run around than fix the problem. If you offer Veterans discounts then apply it to the loan dont give the customer the run around make them pay more than what your supposed to. Discounts are given for a reason!! So any Veteran out there dealing with Aaron's beware! If issue isnt resolved they can come get it all!! And dont bother sending emails..they dont answer those either!!

Aaron's in ripley Tn is a joke, my opinion is you should find another Aarons to go to if you must use them. They will lie to you and never keep there word. Not the company just the so called management and especially the assistant's. Dont take there word for anything, trust me they will lie! The lies they tell are stupid and uncalled for except for the military discount I was told I would get and didn't, but hey if you want excuses and lies go to Aaron's in Ripley tn. Sent my stuff back and will never use them again.
