My experience was pleasant. The ladies were polite and worked patiently to resolve my issue. The process was time consuming,but they wanted to make sure my phone was working properly. I was invited to phone or come back to the store if I have any more issues with my phone.

The staff is invariably courteous regardless of the situation and I find that admirable. Katrina jumped right in and dealt with the issue, had it straightened out promptly, she seems quite capable. They've done the best they could for me every time I've been in there. Can't ask for more...

Drove 45 minutes to store , it was the only store with iPhone 12 pro max. Once there we were served by Bailey who professionally welcomed us to the store, she responded very knowledgeable to our questions. We purchased several phones and items, transferring all the phones Bailey and store Manager Heather were fantastic, they made the whole experience enjoyable. We will drive the 45 minutes to do business with these ladies in the future. These days it’s hard to find good service along with great conversation and professional help .

Great service from the staff. The staff member straightened out a mess that Verizon online sales had made with upgrading the phone. The rep straightened out the phones in a few minutes even though the store didn’t get anything because the sale was online. I won’t do business with the Verizon online store again because I will do all of mine with this store. This store kept me from switching carriers due to the multiple issues created by the online delivery program.

I don't ever write reviews unless a service or product super exceeds my expectations. (Just because I feel that meeting customer's expectations would be doin the job required) Kalisha Miles definitely EXCEEDED my expectations! Being from out of state with an emergency broken phone she was so helpful! She was patient with a rambunctious 6 year old and even talked him in to coloring for her! He never do that for me. She was never pushy on what I needed, even though I'm so indecisive she could have been. It's rare to find such helpful and friendly staff. Would HIGHLY reccomend! She was the absolute best!
