I am writing this review with a heavy heart. My wife and I were in a very tight spot with money and we went and obtained a title loan through vip. We got the loan no problem but when my first payment was due we were in the hospital having a emergency c section but our little baby girl was not able to make it and passed 2 days later. I contacted vip to inform them of What had happened and not once did they comment on the loan payment! They were very understanding and offered help if needed. In a time when I felt our socitey was falling apart they brought light to a very dark situation. I am a disabled Iraq combat veteran and I don't deal much with anyone but I will say this l. Vip finance was the light at the end of the tunnel. I would recommend anyone to them for help. Thank you to the men and women at vip for understanding the situation. Jason E Daniels

These guys are simply THE BEST in the business on all levels! Most finance company's in this "niche" are in the business of charging unreasonable rates accompanied by unrealistic terms. VIP is a top notch company with straightforward pricing and terms that are manageable. The staff at the Hickory Creek location are very professional and operate with a level of ethics that is hard to come by these days.... they truly want to help! VIP Finance rocks! They have the friendliest staff and they helped me refinance my previous title loan. Their loans are way beyond fair! Unlike other companies that keep you paying high interest fees, VIP Finance has the cheapest that I have yet to see and trust me I've been every where. They are truly a God send! Most of all they will work with you if you are in a bind. Amazing group of guys!

VIP of Hickory Creek is by far the best loan company to work with. They do everything in their power to ensure that your loan experience with them is great, and you are successful in paying back your loan. I know people who have paid more than a year at other places with out ever seeing their balance go down, at VIP the balance goes down each month and you can see an end to the loan. Definitely would recommend them to anyone, as the best place to go for a title loan.

I had an outstanding experience with VIP Finance, at Hickory Creek. The manager and employees are friendly and they are there to help you. If you like sports, they will talk to you about sports while you make your payments. Highly recommended and they are good as GOLD. I give them 5 stars.

I had loan with Title Bucks getting no where! It's was a vicious cycle and my balance never went down. My husband and I called VIP Finance for help, and they were able to buy out my loan with Title Bucks for a cheaper interest rate. Every time I made a payment my balance went down significantly. The staff at Hickory Creek location are very professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again for loans. Thanks Bob!

I have used VIP Finance in Hickory Creek like 3 times within the last year and they have been honestly the only company that I could borrow money from and pay back, borrow money and AFFORDABLY PAY BACK with no run arounds. I would definitely recommend them in times of financial hardship!!
