I highly recommend this restaurant. Giving Authentic NYC Italian style food! I've been looking for an Italian restaurant of this quality and taste. You can feel the staff working together as a team. The service is impeccable! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Family owned restaurants. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The menu is delicious, especially the pizzas. Visited 50 or more times and never had a bad meal.

Had takeout . My salad was in a puddle of water. It was disgusting. Sent them an email explaining how bad it was. No one reached out to me so that's why I'm making this review. Since they did not care...I don't care. I will never eat here again. I wish I could put the pictures up so everyone could see how disgusting it was. They obviously don't care.

First time eating here as I've done uber eats delivery for them plenty in the passed and the food always smelled good. Order some chicken parmesuan and the lasagna and First off the lasagna was super salty and there was hardly any actual noodle in the container. The chicken was really thin and over cooked the longer it set before eating it got hard and swear the meal just started tasting worse as we ate it. They have great service inside but the food quality was not there at all... not the type to call and try and get my money back, this is more of a learning experience for me and I won't be returning with just seeing the carelessness when preparing the food. We have ate romanos in lake dallas so many times we thought try a new place but yeah I'm going to stick to romanos, much cheaper and the food is always and I mean always amazing!

I've been here many, many times. I've also been to many others. That's why I've upgraded my review from 4 to 5 stars. Great food at great prices. This family owned business has been our go to for over 15 years and we drive over 50 miles round trip now when we do go. Love it. Vegetarian options: Many options! Kid-friendliness: My kids have been going here since birth. Parking: Plenty of free, off street parking in their own parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap/van parking and wheelchair accessible with ramp. Dietary restrictions: Plenty for just about every diet.

Always a good meal. Bread is so good, and entrees are large. The specials always look good, but I usually have the eggplant. I can't make it like they do. Very nice staff and service. I wish we remembered to go there more, and that more people visited. Vegetarian options: Eggplant parm with marinara and eggplant parm sandwich are terrific.

We absolutely LOVE Genti's! Can't even tell you anything about the rest of the menu because my girlfriend and I only ever order the Lobster Ravioli! I clean my plate every time. Ravioli is always cooked to perfection, the sauce is to die for, and the drinks are great as well. Great service every single time we come! Great date night idea or family dinner place! If you haven't been here, definitely give it a try!

Yuk!!! Manager said, “we’ll talk to the driver!” This goes way beyond the drivers fault. We order from Genti’s because they are consistent and quality. This is neither & disappointing.

Ok so this visit to Genti’s was not 5 star experience. But I base the review on my overall impression over the many times I have been over the years. The proprietors are absolute dolls. They always touch the tables and genuinely care about the food, and the customer experience. This time I felt our wait staff was a little bit rough around the edges when it comes to hospitality. I feel that if management reads this I would recommend that you train your staff to be more like you. And then it would be better. 4 stars this trip but 5 overall for sure. I recommend this place and I urge you to visit if you’re in the Hickory Creek Area.

Food is decent. The salads are fresh and the dressing is homemade. Chicken is over cooked and tough. The eggplant and spinach are cooked well though. The pasta is cooked well not too hard not too soggy and as for sauce. The red is good but the pink is average. The meatballs are made from a cheap meat so they don't taste amazing. Similar to something you would find in the frozen section at Wal-Mart. The decor is upscale but you can come dressed casual. There is never a wait in the morning not sure at dinner time. Bathrooms are clean so that isbanplus but all in all I would not eat here again. Prices are moderate.
