My truck broke down on the side of the highway and Clint was there in a timely manner. Truck was having issues and would not roll. He was very patient getting loaded and unloaded. Excellent service!

Got an alignment not very good, still out of alignment, asked for sensors for air pressure checked did not do it, then was charged an extra $5 was not told that till after card got run. No customer service. Will NOT ever be back. Would recommend Texas tire and battery in Dangerfield, Texas

Good service, reasonably priced. Very efficient. Not only a tire place but they can and will do just about everything mechanical on a vehicle. Going back tomorrow to get AC fixed. Got new tires and a front end alignment today.

I'm only putting one star because I can't put zero! They took over a week to get parts for my car (i.e brake pads and a brake sensor) that they said would be available in 2 days and then didn't even get all the parts needed! I had to personally go to my dealership to get a simple part that should have been easily retrieved, like they told me it would be. Then when I came to pick up my vehicle, that they said they would be finished with in a couple of hours, (after leaving it with them almost 7 hours) they were just finally getting it up on the rack. They didn't even have it ready to pick up until the next evening! It shouldn't take almost 2 weeks to change some brake pads!! When I complained about the wait and all the trouble, the lady was very rude and completely unprofessional. I told her that, to be honest, I wished I hadn't even brought my vehicle there. I had no idea it was going to be this much trouble and take so much time... Instead of apologizing she promptly raised her voice and with an angered tone she responded "WHAAAAT?? No, we had a A LOT of cars to deal with!" As if that makes up for them telling me originally that this process would take only 2 days to get parts (that took over a week) for a "couple hour" brake pad change (that took 2 days!). Smh. Absolutely ridiculous!!
