Where do I start they left a lot of my stuff boxes and clothes he said clothes needed to be wrapped in sheets ok we paying for a service they could have done that but what about all the left boxes? Then(steve) told me we had to book another day for $150 to get the rest of my stuff moved. I'm keep trying to load video but it won't let me. Well I called another moving company and the came and moved the rest for 50$ don't do it oh yeah he being doing this 20 years so yeah

A1 movers were AMAZING in helping us with our move. They had a 3 man crew. The men were super fast and efficient in moving our things and handled all items with care. The owner, Steve, was great to work with!

I contacted A1 Absolute Movers for our move and Steve talked me through the entire process so we felt prepared. The movers showed up according to schedule and wasted no time getting everything loaded. This 3 man crew is fantastic. They were efficient while careful with our furniture and boxes. I can’t recommend them enough.

Being serviced by A1 was a beautiful thing. Although they arrived a little late, I met 2 very nice young men. They came ready to work so I dived right in with them. Once we arrived to the new location Tyler met us there and then there were 3. The move went pretty fast and after unpacking, only 2 things were broken. All in all, If I were to move again, they would be the only one to move me. Thanks to all you for doing a great job!

In all honestly I wish I could leave zero stars. I’ve always treated other people’s belongings better than my own as I am in the real estate industry and constantly am in other peoples homes but unfortunately not everyone does the same. I had scheduled them to move my dads garage contents as we had previously moved the house with another company who was unavailable the week we needed. The workers moving things were good the management and owner is where the issues were. The straps the movers had were poor quality and possibly not strapped correctly as one of the tool boxes we had them move fell over and ruined it. I called the office 3 times before I could get a response from management who was not concerned I sent detailed photos and was told the photos were not of good enough quality to determine the damage. The first offer was to take 1/2 and hour off of the total the total which we were told would be $419 we said $85 would not cover or come close to covering replacement. The manager supposedly contacted the owner and called back saying the best they could do would be $190 off the total move out of wasted time and frustration we agreed. Guys came back from the truck with paperwork stating the total move was $530 well over the $419 we were told was the total. Management was unprofessional and bad customer service. I would think twice before using them and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to my clients or friends. Photos attached of damage.

We moved out of a house and into storage. Then we moved from storage into the new house. Just want to say these guys arrive promptly, are very hard working, they do all the stuff you’re paying them for that you didn’t want to do with a great attitude, and very professional. Great price for the hard work they do! If you hire them or any other mover, be good and generous to the guys in the truck, and they will take care of you 100%! Could not be happier with these guys.

I was away for work and told my niece to hire these people but boy, was I wrong. I spent $700 ( yes, $700 dollars in cash) for movers, just to come home to a storage unit that had a bookcase on top of my Christmas dining table set and God only knows what else is broken. The bookcase is on boxes that are above my height, and I’m 5’4. When I called the owner I got a “I’m sorry and I’ll offer you $50” I told him to keep it. I’m sure he’ll get on here too making it sound like he tried to resolve the problem, but $50 doesn’t replace anything. These are the pics of my table before I got the water glasses to match, and the pics I sent to him to show him the bookcase that was smushing the boxes below. His response was “The picture you sent does not show a box that its contents would be crushed and damaged nearly to the extent that you described to me yesterday” Well, the matter of the fact is, you can’t put a bookcase on wine or drinking glasses. Not only am I out, $700, now I have to replace my whole dining table set. Oh and did I mention that they were late ? Sept 19, 2018... In response to your message, which this will be my last because I seriously don’t have time to go back and forth with you $653, 374 in cash and 279 with a debit card ( all cash). That looks a lot like $700, what’s missing, isn’t much. When moving, you’re going to see boxes, that’s why it’s called moving. And those ladies, were my sister and niece. And no, my niece wasn’t too pleased with you either. Hints, why this review happened And yes, when I did arrive home, after my job had ended in Wyoming , of course I’m going to go to my storage unit where majority of my belongs are. When I open the door and see a bookcase on top of boxes, this concerned me. I pulled a small box that says “ Glass” on it (see pic) , from underneath it to find broken dishes. And in your text msg, you didn’t say $50 for one glass. You just offered $50. Period. There are 4 wine glasses and 4 water glasses. Hints, why there is a pic of my dining table during Christmas. That box has been thrown out due to all the broken glass. I don’t know anyone in their right minds that would want to keep putting their hands into shattering pieces of broken glass or keep it with them in their back seat. I’m not going to dump out broken glass on the storage units floors either, inside or out so someone or their child will end up getting glass stuck in their foot or any other body parts. That’s absolutely absurd, just to lay out all the broken glass. I wasn’t even home 4 hours and I had to leave again to my other job in Louisiana. I explained this on the phone, I travel for work. I don’t have time to pull everything out of storage to see what else is broken. Which is why, I reached out to get this resolved because things do break or are misplaced but trying to resolve this problem obviously won’t be happening. I won’t be home till around Christmas to see what else is broken. Which I’m hoping nothing because I already have to replace my dishes. And I sure do love the fact that you can write a whole novel about “trying” but you didn’t address why so y’all were late or how $700 is a “fair” amount. Of course None of that was addressed. I was told early morning but no one showed up till after two. That email will uploaded. I didn’t threaten you with a bad review. I told you to keep your money and I’ll just be writing a review. That pic will be uploaded here too. Good day
