Went to get groceries and ended up being two minutes late to the service counter to rent a carpet cleaner. Waited behind a couple in line, then the staff put up the closed signs and turned me away. I thought HEBs customer service was better than this

I call days in advance to fill a prescription so that I can give them plenty of time because I know they’re busy and every single time I go in I’m told “oh you’re on the schedule for tomorrow”. Today I agreed to wait because she said she could fill it for me since I was there and an hour and a half later I was told they were still working on it. Every single time I fill a prescription here I am reminded why I vow never to fill prescriptions here.

Very disappointed with this location. I just moved to the area, and they are unwilling to order a medication that I fill every month. The last HEB pharmacy I used didn't carry it either but since I would fill it monthly they ordered it for me. What kind of pharmacy can't order medication? That's your entire reason for existing. The one time I have filled here for one of my wife's prescriptions, they said it would be 15 minutes and we had to wait over an hour. Avoid this location if you can.

The people at this pharmacy are amazing. They remember who you are when you pull up, are always SO friendly and never make you feel rushed. My prescriptions are always ready before I’m even ready to pick them up. So much better than relying on CVS or Walgreens.

As previous post Chyan stated, they remember who you are and yes, they are amazing indeed. Both pharmacists Denise and Cheryl are awesome. HEB is truly fortunate to have them both.

This pharmacy has been great for me! They're always friendly and nice. I generally never have to wait in line. If my prescription isn't ready they fill it quickly.

They changed a prescription from my doctor's original orders of 45 tablets a month to 30, without asking me or contacting my doctor, and broke it out into 7 refills in less than 5 months (????) , which is against Texas state pharmaceutical laws, I researched this and called them on it. They corrected the prescription back to my doc's original orders but the result was that I lost a month of the medication due to their error. They didn't even apologize. Their sorry excuse was that they were just going by my insurance and that I had the option to just pay cash myself and bypass my insurance, which they didn't bother to tell me. The prescription costs less than $15, so you would think they would have asked. Then when I tried to refill another med they said I couldn't pick it up for another 6 days, since it's a class 2 controlled med. I looked on the bottle and the calendar while I had them on the phone and that would have been the 32nd day from the last refill. The prescription is for only 30 tablets/1 per day. I told the pharmacist/tech this and she corrected herself and said they could refill it on the 27th day. ????? So I've had all my prescriptions transferred out of the hole in the wall inside HEB. They don't seem to know what they are doing.
