The gutters installed were great, I still feel ok with giving one star because this company doesn't actually install the gutters they go through a third party and just schedule the service. Once the gutters were installed I noticed our pergola needed some gutters in the back side and also needed to reseal a couple of spots that were leaking. No one ever came out to fix it and they made it clear that it wasn't worth their time to come out and do the small work behind the pergola to finish the job, do your research and go with another company that stands behind their work.. Update: posted email pic after clear attempt to make this post irrelevant by saying i wasn't a customer.

They were great getting back to us for a quote. The quote was reasonable. They did quick, professional work. Color matched our existing gutters perfectly. I am very happy with how the gutters turned out. I would definitely recommend them.

Lakeline installed gutters on a new build home that we bought and moved into last year. A few months later, I realized they were not draining. The warranty rep for the builder contacted them and someone came and looked at my house. Whoever came and looked at the issue never reported back what they found and definitely never fixed the problem. My builder’s warranty representative and I emailed and called multiple times and were never able to speak to anyone who could help, beyond them saying that the cases in the neighborhood for the builder were completed and closed, which is not true because the work on my house was not completed. I was given an email address to email Clint. I have emailed several times with not even the decency of a response or acknowledgment of receipt. Now the green stuff growing in the gutter is gradually draining onto my driveway, staining it. They also installed a downspout that pours directly onto a sprinkler access which has been drenched and is now shorted out.

After one Email and about a week later, Bo came out and walked the site with me. I received multiple bids from nearly every large and small gutter company in the area. Lakeline Seamless Gutters had a very fair price, and the work was fantastic. The installers walked the job after completion to make sure I was 100% satisfied. My experience was fantastic, and I'd recommend anyone looking for gutters use this company. The price was very reasonable, their work was fantastic, and they were easy to deal with!
