My friend and I went in to look for shirts for work. She found some that were cute, but a little put of her price range, even on sale. However, the store was happy to hold the shirts until close. We went back. She wanted one shirt but not the other, and the store associates were awesome.

I always enjoy coming to this store, and I hated to say this, most of the racks were empty. There were very few clothing to look through. The staff were very sweet.

My wife is a frequent shopper of the Banana Republic in Lubbock and has supported this company for many years. But might I warn any shopper to make sure and be leery of the actual store hours posted online and on storefront. We needed a few items tonight so we traveled 30 minutes to this location assuming there employees stick to store hours. When we arrived the storefront was locked 2 hours before scheduled closing. I personally nocked on the door and called the office. After 20 minutes of depressed waiting no one opened the door. This is a great example of no matter how high quality of the product custom service is more important. I hope this will never be anyone else’s experience. But it was ours, souring our loyalty towards this company.

I love BR and I will always shop here. The products are great. However, I dropped 3 stars because of my visit on 10/8 changed my opinion. Recently, the customer service has gone downhill and the employees clearly hate their job. Asking for anything is as if I'm wasting their time, or is simply too much effort for them. Hopefully this changes but I definitely don't recommend visiting here anytime soon.

Surprisingly good deals on suits! Be prepared to do some math as everything seems to be discounted a different percentage 😅. Good selection, love the quality and prices are reasonable.

Midweek daytime visit.. employees didn't feel the need to greet, address, or acknowledge me. Only 2 other customers in the store that they were not helping. Didnt have a simple blue blouse. (Unless I just didn't see it)Thank goodness for sister stores GAP and Old Navy
