I wish I could give this 0 stars. We went to Sonic and got a misc charge because of "inflation" It's not our fault yall got hit with inflation. 12 cents don't account for 4 drinks. If you want to call it inflation add it to each separate item, not a separate charge with a vague name. It says on their website: "Due to rising prices, customers at certain Sonic locations in Lubbock might see a “Facilities Adjustment” charge of “2% on the retail price.” average costs for the restaurants went up 16%. This isn't our fault and we won't be visiting Sonic again, there's other fast food businesses that don't do this

I went to sonic today about 4 pm and I order a super sonic double cheeseburger and large tot and large dp no tomatoes or pickles with mustard. They bring it and it had pickles and tomatoes and no mustard and a small tot. I also ordered a large popcorn chicken large tot and large sprite zero with diet cherry and mango. Didn't even get that at all. I ordered a kids grilled cheese with a tot and milk. They didn't give me his Tots. When they finally fixed it all and bought it back out it still wasn't right

Update: Went back today...they still cannot read.... plain and dry means plain and dry. With food allergies...wth...and they JUST DONT SEEM TO CARE.....wont go back again...done with Sonic completely. I have completely stopped going to this Sonic. Not once in the last few months have they gotten an order right. The last THREE times that I ordered Dr. Pepper, I got Root beer. Big difference. But it's not just that. They rarely get the order right, and when they get called on it, it's like it's no big deal. IT IS a big deal if you are paying for something. I am always told, they're just human, they make mistakes...I agree...but to the point that it is 98% of the time? AND, it's an app order, so it comes out printed. No room for "miss hearing it". That isn't just making mistakes, that is just not paying attention. Attention to detail is what will get you further in this world.

If I could give zero stars I would. The coney that I ordered the weiner had sat for so long that the tips of it were black. I called in to let them know and the car hop came out and took the coney and come back and said it would be at least 8 minutes before they were done , so I stated I wanted a refund and she came back out and said oh we have one that is not burnt. I said no I want a refund now mind you no manager or team lead has come out the car hop went back in and came out and gave me $3.12 for the coney and was very rude at this point about the situation. I have came to this sonic at least once a week for several years but today has made it to where I will not be coming back.

Went here to pick up an order. Pushed the button and told the girl I needed an order for so and so and I needed it in a drink carrier. She said sure I'll be right out. She comes out with a drink carrier...empty. I told her I needed the order in it. She argued with me as to what I asked for and went back in. They were not busy and over 5 minutes passed. I had to call in and talk to the manager. He said she must have misunderstood. I told him I told her to her face the second time and she was very rude. The manager was very ignorant too. Then another girl brought the 2 drinks out but no carrier like the customer requested. I told her they needed a carrier. She sighed and walked away. She came back out with the carrier and almost threw it at me and said here! Such rude and unprofessional crew there tonight. I let the customer know why it took me so long and they will not be ordering from there again.

Used app got a free sonic cheese🍔 with purchase got small fanta orange 1/2 off so 92 cents total for my meal dirt cheap it was filling and 😋😋😋 thanks sonic keep it up!
