Worst freaking store ever!! It's sad you have to go across town just to get good customer service and satisfaction!!! Why is only 1 register open at 6:30pm? You are not short staffed. This store does not care how much money you spend here they just care about leaving on time!

Today - 05/26/2022 I got the most inhumane disrespectful treatment that I’ve ever had. I got to Ross at 10:49 to quickly pick a pillow, the attendants all saw me walk in and did not tell me that they close their registry at 10:50. I picked my pillow and rushed to check out as quickly as I could and the black lady at the counter said she won’t check us out because she has closed the registry. I tried to explain that I rushed in just now and you saw me come in; it’s also almost 9mins before your closing time but she insisted and started raising her voice. She went as far as threatening to call 911. I was shook, I asked her to go ahead and call the cops because there was absolutely no reason for that escalation but she wouldn’t talk calmly and started shouting that we get out of the store. Another lady walks out from no where and started shouting that we get out. Honestly all this rudeness was not necessary. It’s okay if you can’t sell to me even though it’s not 11pm yet but there is absolutely no reason to be so rude or to talk to a customer like that. My only offense was that I drove almost 25mins to find a Ross that closes at 11 so I can get the pillow I needed. There was also a white male at the register who joined the rest of them shouting at me to get out. It felt like an intentional gang up but I have never been so disrespected. @ross management need to visit the mesquite store and chastise those attendants. It is zero customer service, and they are absolutely rude .

They offered a nice selection of the items that we went there to get, however the checkout line was a different story. My daughter was in the store for almost an hour and a half to get a few items. They only had two checkout lines and one for returns.

Packed store on Good Friday. Place was a wreck, as usual. Shopped & tried on clothes for an hour. Ready to check out with a full basket. The line went to the back of the store & turned the corner across the back. Almost just left, but decided to wait for checkout. Another hour later at the register with $300 of merchandise, we were informed the store will accept CASH ONLY!! Picked out a few items & abandoned our basket. It was not posted or announced. They let hundreds of people spend hours shopping & waiting in line just to find out they could not complete their purchases.

When a customer is asking for a manager and explained why she had her cart the way she did and could she have a better attitude since she was the manager. Omg the manager and her friend I guess sat and acted like Highschool kids arguing and then walking away discussing the lady and her kids like that would not cause even more drama . It was late I just needed some shoes not to be a victim or see this drama . I do understand that we all do get overwhelmed but to be engaging in something that could of been handled. Ross please try to hire adults

It started as soon as we walked in, the employee standing there telling everyone it will be an hour wait to check out. That was seriously all she was doing, she would have been a he'll of a lot more productive if she was on register checking people out . Then we try, yes try to go to the fitting room. Where we are informed that the clerk has been told it's her time to clock out, and she has no clue if anyone is going to take over so she has to close down the fitting room. Because no replacement has shown up. So we try to try on a sweater over all our clothes. To be told no, you can't do that. So I ask well then what about fitting room. What I get instead is eye rolling, attitude and the employee staring at us for 5 minutes to make sure we don't try anything else on. Seriously, meanwhile the checkout line is still an hour long wait. Did this store even have anyone managing it. Seriously it wasn't black Friday. Oh yeah then when we Finally make it to the register it's to hear our cashier complaining " don't all these people have anything better to do?" Worst customer service ever! I will never shop the Ross store by East town center shopping again.
