They have great deals here , however the checkout lines are ridiculous. They only had two lines with the line backed up to the men's section. Eventually they opened two additional lines to get people out of there. Forty five minutes is too long for a checkout line especially if you are only purchasing one item.

Just went to Burlington in mesquite and the entrance was locked so tried to enter through the exit and the lady said the store was closed. This is at 10:25. I just called the store phone before I even left to come to store and it said the store closed at midnight. This is messed up. I wouldn't have wasted my time even driving to the store. FIX THIS

The store itself is good. But the customer service is always hit or miss. Our most recent visit, the cashier was just super rude. The lines are always long. No one wants to stand in a long line and wait only to be met by a terrible cashier. I've been to better locations.

This is an awful store to shop/work at. This store is never cleaned up or organized unless these people have corporate coming to the store. The aisles of the store are trashed by their employees because they are too lazy to put the items where they should be and customers leave their trash everyone, and no employee picks it up at the end of the day. Oh, and don't try to buy any food at this place because they have rats crawling all over. How gross and unsanitary is that? Half of those food items are from months ago and crushed up. It's best to go to Ross or Marshalls for better items, customer service, or even a job. Don't waste your time or money at this trashy location. They have bad management, bad employees, and an overall bad environment. Save yourselves!

Really big Burlington but lines are long because there are not many in the area. There is no clearance section just clearance items scattered throughout regular priced items. I would prefer a section specifically because the store can be very unorganized.

Great place to shop. Found what I was looking for and more. Wish I had more time to shop. It's always a line at check out. Not saying service is slow. The clerks are fast. The line is because they have such great items and at bargain prices. Customers have carts full not just one or two items. I love this location. Check it out. The store is clean and organized easy to shop.

I love the low prices but the fitting rooms were closed🤦🏽. My friend and I couldn't try anything on and we had been shopping for 2 hours! They didn't even have a sign posted to let the customers know before they started shopping that you could not try on the clothes. I ended up returning over half of what I bought💳. The manager and other employees were just standing around talking, and the store was a mess! I don't understand why they weren't putting things back on shelves or straightening up.

This is a busy location but the line goes pretty fast. Some of the childrens/ home decor areas needed straightening up though. We were some of the first morning shoppers so it had been like that already! Wish they sold maternity clothes.

I went to this store today - July 6th, 2022 & my girlfriend & myself were trying to buy some clothes. The dressing or fitting room was closed & we couldn't try on any items!! This was because a shortage of workers!! This makes no sense, because this is. a clothing stores!!! Don't shop here for clothes!!

I love Burlington and all but they have all these other registers and don’t even use them and there is always sometimes 4 cashiers and other unavailable ridiculous I understand if your busy and the cashiers take there sweet time and don’t scan fast while there is a huge line and for my daughter that’s 11 years old and she wants some clothes from Burlington there is no clothes for size 12-14 and everything is on the floor not organized like come on
