This has been by far my most favorite kroger in the general area. HOWEVER, last nightbwas the first night iv made it to this kroger and its been a few months since I work on the opposite side of town. The store is like walking through a maze, the workers could have really cared less that there were customers trying to shop and push these very large carts through areas they had "blocked off", not for good reason what so ever. Also can someone please tell me why the right door was locked @ 8pm last night, even when we walked in on the left side, the left door was locked so we have to walk through self check out bc they were doing all of the cleaning duties. And I get it, it needs to be done, but to have people checking out and walking out the same door you have incoming guests coming through. Talk about a lot of traffic through one door. I think we can do better Kroger!!!!! I want to continue to come to this kroger, and I don't want to dislike it especially for how nice and big it is, but like we can do way better.

They'll tell you that they will let they're higher ups know, but nothing changes. If you're going to shop here, do it yourself. I consolidated everything into 7 plastic bags. Multiply this by all the pick up orders and tell me if Kroger isn't losing money and contributing to landfills. It's like this every time, sad
