Very poor service. Refused me a shower because they didn’t have time to clean them, 9 reserved available parking spaces but all were open do to unreserved Parker’s, but the clerks refused to make someone leave so I could reserve a space. Ended up leaving and going to the Waco pilot for parking and shower. I fuel exclusively at pilot/flying j. Unless there are none. Does pilot/flying j appreciate trucker loyalty? Management allows busses to park at the pumps. Misioneros busses at 3 of the pumps, none were fueling. Very poor management at this location.

Store itself is clean, bathrooms are nasty. Showers out of order at 4pm. Got up at midnight to go to bathroom and walked all the way around to front to find out that they are closed. All signs say open 24/7. Parking is very limited. Drive thru for mc Donald's is crazy when your trying to back a semi into a Parking spot. Also Very rude employees.

The pilot flying j worker said they had a policy you can’t be standing around and waiting. Even though he knew I was waiting for a shower. I guess I’ll go and wait and idle my truck even though Diesel is expensive.

Only 4 pumps for big trucks and of the 4 only 2 carry def. Find else where to fuel up drivers or you’ll be waiting a while. Can’t even pull up and park after you fuel cause there’s no room.

Really hate that female staff just gets into the men's bathroom without knocking or asking when they need to clean, and they don't close the bathroom during that so men walk in trying to use the toilet and there's a woman there. I come here eveyday, i've seen this happen over three times.

I was routed to this location by a family member. I’m here sleeping in my personal vehicle since gas is so expensive. For the life of me, I can’t figure out why this place was recommended. Not enough parking for us smaller vehicles, let alone for the big trucks & they need it more than we do… Showers don’t work & fountain drinks taste like the machines haven’t been cleaned in years, if ever. Drivers, do yourselves a favor & find another place.

I visit this truck stop when I'm working in south texas and travel on highway 130. It has a small parking lot but it's convenient when otr. It's 24hrs and clean.

This Pilot needs some evaluation. The showers only had hot water when we were there( which was 2 days) and could not be used. 🤐😱 And there is ONLY 2 showers. They didn't have a selection of the hot dogs like the others have. The set up with the drive through for the McDonald's to me is crazy. The lot for truck parking is very limited. The staff is friendly. Had a great deal on the clearance items. To me that was the only plus having to stay there. The bathrooms were clean. Just needs some thought of a better layout. The way the sewage is ran at night makes it very smelly for the truckers. 😭6/2 -6/3/18

I love to stop here and get one of their muffins on the way to work. Not too pricey and delicious. Place is clean and staff is friendly. It is huge for a convenience store. You can find all kinds of things.
