I’ve never had a bad experience at this pharmacy and I’m there about once or twice a month. Beverly normally takes care of me and she is absolutely lovely. She’s sweet, patient, and honestly, brightens my day after I speak to her because she’s so pleasant to deal with. I wish the world was filled with people like her.

The pharmacist named Connie is always polite and helpful. I usually work a tight schedule and forcasting refills can be quite complicated. Connie has been very helpful.

This pharmacy is by far the worst. Every time I try and get a prescription they NEVER have it and I have to get it transferred to a different pharmacy. My daughter has asthma and they told me 3 times they didn’t have the inhaler she needs then at the end they did have it. I had to drive 3 different times to the pharmacy to get flu and inhaler medicine that day bc they they did but then they didn’t but then they did have her medicine. They can never get their stores right. Then today I called and asked about my daughters insurance because last time they said she had a different insurance and wanted to run both but I told them she didn’t because I am her mother and her only guardian no way possible she has another insurance. So they couldn’t run one insurance with out the other so I had to pay out of pocket the first time I used this pharmacy so when I was inquiring about her insurance today the lady failed to tell me they didn’t even have the prescription at their location. They waited until I got there at 5:30pm (which I had called at 3pm about insurance) to tell me they didnt have her prescription. They said they could order it.... okay and when would it get to there pharmacy? My daughter needs it NOW!!!!! So rude and unprofessional they ask for my phone number for future prescriptions I told them they didn’t need it bc I was getting any prescription there moved to another pharmacy. They’re horrible at this pharmacy. Do not recommend they do not know what they’re doing. Very dumb staff. Can’t look up insurance correctly and fail to look up prescriptions correctly.

I hate wal-marts, jerks as usual they stock products for quite awhile then I guess they decide it's not selling the quotes they want, then they discontinue the product. Well in my situation they pulled all the male testosterone and nitric acid boosters type supplements. WHY? Yet I buy a big bottle of generic Benadryl, and it's not on the shelf, this is almost every time there's nothing on the shelf. Business 101 if product is continuously sold out, stock more product, until come ordering time there's maybe 2 or 3 leftover, DUUH where did they go to college, bumfuzzeled u online? I went to college, didn't major in business. Took accounting 101 learned about liabilities and assets,fairly basic concept,for me anyways, whom ever is in charge of restocking the shelves doesn't seem to understand this basic concept, go figure. I even asked an employee why they consistently ran out of product. So she tells me that those decisions are made higher up the chain of command, she doesn't even have any say at all,WT. She told me they only send so many bottles, every time ireguardles of how fast it sells out. If I ran the business's I was in charge of before like that absolutely stupid premise every one I ran would go under.I could go on an' on about how terrible Walmart has been run, after Sam Walton died , yes Walmart went from a decent company, since his kids got their grubby little fingers on it, it has gone to, well you know, a steaming pile of,yeah you know. Seems any logic is tossed out the window, well can't fix stupid, imagine that.

This Walmart Pharmacy is one of the worst I have ever been too. I called to transfer a prescription and they said everything was okay. I went to go pick it up two days later to find out they did not fill it out at all. They never called to inform me that I needed to call my doctor. I called my doctors and got everything fixed, but when I went to go pick up my prescriptions they messed up AGAIN. I went at 1'o clock and was old they would fill out after 45 minutes prescription and went at 5' o clock to be told they needed 35 minutes. The pharmacist was rude to me at all my interactions with this ridiculous system. I had gone three times to pick up my prescription to find out they had messed up EACH time. I never received a call there was a problem or anything. I will NEVER go to this pharmacy again and I wont let anyone I know go either. DO NOT GO HERE!

This was the absolute worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. I was told my prescription would be ready at 6:30. It was pain medication for my spouse who had just had their tonsils removed. They said to come back in an hour. When I came back an hour and a half later it still wasn't ready, but "Almost." After another hour of walking the store they told me they were out of that prescription and couldn't help me.

Pharmacy tech working drive through window was rude. Tried to get sassy because I asked if she could pull insurance from my account at the Walmart across town as it had been used there 3 days ago. Apparently that irritated her because she was short with me the remainder of the transaction. Never have been too pleased with Walmart pharmacy but at least the employees at the other location are pleasant.
